We highly recommend Don Miller Construction! Suzanne and Don are always friendly, listened to our needs/wants, and gave us a home that was exactly what we wanted and envisioned. They pay close attention to detail and are on the job site everyday, making sure the project comes together perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased with them. We feel that we got a beautiful, custom home for a much more reasonable price than we could have hoped for.

I cannot say enough about the care and attention that go into Don and Suzanne's work. We met and had a specific vision for our house but we're skeptical we could achieve that within out budget. Suzanne and Don were excellent at finding ways to get us exactly what we want without breaking the bank. They truly cared about making us happy. Even better, after we'd moved in they were always (and still are) available to help however they can. They stand by their work and with good reason. They build a great product.

Don Miller Construction is a very successful contractor building one of the finest homes in the area. Don and his daughter Susan's combined knowledge of all aspects of building have kept them in the forefront of new home construction . The fit and finish is above standard. Homes are finished quickly and completely . Don and Susan are honest and do what they say they will do.A pleasure to work with.

i work with this company on daily basis there are very professional honest and keep their word on all areas of their work. if i needed a contractor to build a house for myself they would be my choice. it is a joy working with them. They have such excellent work ethics and great skills for building a house and knowledge of the building codes and excellent designs .

Anyone who has ever built a new home knows how stressful it can be. My wife and I have built a couple of homes over the past 20 years and each build was filled with misunderstandings and little communication between us and the builder. We contracted with Don Miller Construction to build our new home last April. Once we had the financing in order we met with Suzanne at DMC and got the ball rolling. There were several preliminary meetings to determine the style, size and shape of our new home and Suzanne was incredibly helpful through this process and made suggestions along the way that helped us understand what could be moved around and what couldn't. With her help we were able to take a floor plan design she provided and modify it. We were able to take a four bedroom 2 bath floor plan and rearrange it to a 3 bedroom 3 bath floor plan that better served our needs. Long story short, DMC and Suzanne were wonderful to work with, Suzanne helped us with design ideas and color options. If we needed an expert opinion she was there to help. If you want a quality built home and you want to enjoy the process then you need to contact DMC!!!

I can't recommend Don Miller Construction, Inc. highly enough. We hired them to build our first home. As two young professionals, my wife and I didn't really have a great grasp on what we had gotten ourselves into. That being said, Don and his daughter Suzanne really made the process very easy and explained everything that was going on well. We were also impressed that Suzanne would usually meet us at the various finishers' locations to discuss the options and give us her input. We have also been very impressed by Don Miller's willingness to handle warranty issues. As with any construction project there are small issues here and there that can crop up. Whenever we have let Don Miller know about these small issues they have responded quickly, courteously and fixed the problem. We are very happy with Don Miller Construction's performance and would use them again without question.
