Weekender House

The Weekender House literally had something for everyone Margo V. is one of the best design specialists I have ever worked with! She gets to know you by really listening and then puts so much effort into getting the job done right. I had the pleasure of using Margo for a coastal home in which she decorated. The house had a very open concept and she was able to make each room special but Flow into one beautiful story! She always gave a a range of price points so we could make the choices work! She was always available and coordinated everything so that effortlessly. You will not be disappointed with shopping at the weekender!

During Covid, I decided to buy new furniture and update several rooms of our home as well as do a renovation of all bathrooms and the kitchen. Weekender House was recommended and I met Jenn Myers. She came in for a consultation, took measurements and then returned with a few ideas. When she recommended beige for a sofa with a beautiful floral complimentary fabric, I told her I really wanted blue and that was the beginning of our three year relationship. She was patient; had an incredible eye for color and fabrics; answered all of my other questions about cabinetry, bedding, that did not have much to do with our major task of a living room, master bedroom, guest rooms, sunroom, a new office for me, and dining room. When orders were delayed, she let me know why. When an order did not come in, she had me select something new instead of waiting. She visited our home a few times but I mostly went to the showroom and worked on the selection of colors and fabrics and rugs with her. She is truly a pro with a kind, down-to-earth personality. I will continue to work with her and Weekender House through the coming years.

My experience with Jen M and the entire staff has been fantastic from the consultation to the delivery. I’ve done a few projects with “The Jen’s” and both are extremely knowledgeable and lots of fun to work with! My latest is updating my outdoor furniture and cushions in my backyard pool & patio area which should be completed by Sept. 1st. It’s always a great day for browsing around The Weekender House!

I have been working with Jen Meyer at the Weekender House who has been absolutely fantastic. She is very talented in that she knows what I like, and knows what I will like! She has been spot on on all recommendations in all parts of our home. I can not say enough about her and the Weekender House.

Margo at Weekender House is amazing! She came to our house to learn about our tastes and style, measured, and made recommendations for use of our space. She is attentive, available and prompt- with scheduled appointments we were able to go over multiple floor plan options and look at furniture/upholstery options. She follows up, keeps us posted, and is just great to work with. Highly recommend!

Jen and the team at the Weekender provided wonderful and friendly service to us as we chose furniture and accessories for our new home. We were very daunted with the options until they helped us understand how we wanted to function in the space etc. they did all this with the lightest of touches, never choosing for us but always there with guidance. We have just completed our second room and will be back in the summer for a third room. I should add they have always shared items at different price points too, that was really appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Jen is great to work with. She is knowledgeable, flexible and has great taste! She helped me transition into a new home with furniture, rugs and accents. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

We recently built a beach house and couldn't seem to get our main family room to our liking. Margo met with us, visited the house, and really listened - she completely re-designed the room so it flowed better with the open concept kitchen and dining area and it has transformed the impact as you walk into the house and the way the room gets used. She presented us with options on most of the furnishings so she narrowed furniture/accessory selections down for us including different price points- and honestly, we loved everything she recommended. We just felt like we clicked with Margo and we have been trusting her judgement ever since. Such a breath of fresh air to invest in new furnishings and know you will absolutely love them!
