We had a basement that was basically an open canvas. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for. They far exceeded our expectations. The materials that were used were quality materials that looked upscale. The cost was what we had agreed upon before the work began and they finished before the time they'd previously given us. All in all, a wonderful experience.

I have worked with C3 Builders Groups on two home projects: a guest bathroom remodel and a laundry closet update. I was very pleased with the results of both projects and the team was very responsive to any requests and/or concerns.

Shane and his great crew demolished our master bathroom and gave us a new one that we love. The footprint of the room was about the same but everything is new. The tile installation was excellent! His crew was respectful and friendly. They showed up on time every day and there was only 2 or 3 days that they didn’t work on the project. The project took a little longer than expected, but what doesn’t? We would definitely hire them again, no question.

Shayne and his crew did a great job on our first major remodel! Shayne's input to help us on decision making was a God send! We felt he worked well for us with the sub contractors. The finished product is fantastic and we truly love every part of it! Shayne's calm demeanor helped us immensely as a major remodel being done on your primary residence while you are living in it is truly a personal challenge! Our laundry room was our kitchen and our master bedroom were the only inhabitable places in our home during the two month project! I recommend Shayne and his crew to all! Thanks Shayne!

C3 Builders has remodeled two of our homes. One in Placerville and also Pollock Pines. Beautiful, stress free results in both homes. What a blessing to have had C3 builders help us in what could have been a tough time for my husband and I. Amazing results, stress free. So incredibly professional. I could not recommend them more highly!!!

Hello and please note that I HATE dealing with contractors!!! You name the bad experience....I've had it, With that said, I can NOT recommend Shayne House (owner) of C3 Construction highly enough! Did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and charged exactly what he said he was going to charge! Also, he and his guys were a total pleasure to deal with from the first moment of the initial bid meeting/walk-through to the completion of my awesome new deck. Project was done with excellent craftsmanship, was completed ahead of the projected end date, they epitomized professionalism, AND the amount that he bid was EXACTLY what he charged. Unreal.

We hired Shayne and his crew to update our country kitchen. The old golden oak cabinets were removed and replaced with a light-bright open concept kitchen that included additional storage. He did an awesome job delivering a beautiful room in a short period of time.
