“Nikki did an exterior up lighting of a wall for our house. Every time we have company over at night we get compliments on the job and the design. We love it and use it daily. Highly recommended.”

“Recently built a new home and this company is our builder's preferred vendor for lighting. Very knowledgeable staff and good selection of lighting. Staff let me know they had a catalog we could order from as well - only caveat is not being able to see the fixture prior to installation - timelines prohibited this. All fixtures were installed in our new house on schedule. However, three issues. The company did not have our lighting plan prior to meeting, but that was okay because I had a homemade one - I do wish that they had an official one because some of the lighting on the exterior wasn't what we thought it would be. Second, a light fixture was faulty, which the company replaced about a month later. One vanity light fixture with the three lights in our guest bathroom was installed with mismatched glass/globes to the other (they were supposed to be white but we received one white and one cream). Installation was in late August and I'm still waiting on the replacements in early November. They say its the manufacturer, but we haven't had this experience ordering lights from other retailers (we also purchased lights from Pottery Barn and West Elm which arrived promptly). I'm positive they will follow through with the replacement, but am very bummed at having to wait so long. Otherwise, they're a good vendor for new construction.”

“David and his team were professional, attentive, prompt, and the house looks great! He was very clear that if I had any concerns about the new lights or if any of them needed adjusting he would take care of it. I feel great about that and maintenance moving forward. Everything looks awesome!”

“Erin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed new bathroom lights, replace my floodlights, new shower light. She was suggestive and listened to my needs. Erin also has a great personality and very good customer service skills. Very cooperative and approachable. I shop around for the best deals, and Erin made it very easy to return to Butler's for my lighting needs. I have also referred a cousin to Butler's and suggested contacting Erin for her assistance. I will return to Butler's in the future, because of Erin. I could also call her and tell her of my needs and she would email information to me. And also she was helpful in assisting me with my purchase to my auto. She is definitely an asset to Butler's.”

“Wakefield Lighting and Tara are the best! Tara is extremely helpful and patient during the selection process. She is wonderful at assisting with ideas when working in a tight lighting budget. Wakefield has a wonderful showroom that is full of options so that you do not have to select everything from a catalog. Tara is customer service oriented and communicates back with you very promptly. We are so pleased with our lighting selections and the service that she provided.”

“Unexpected reasonable prices in a showroom design center store. Informed sales staff knew the products on the floor and additional styles available in the line. The salesperson shared that the light fixture I was considering also came in an "oval" shape rather than the usual round shape, something I had not noticed in the catalog online. It was a pleasure to be able to buy locally from the place you could actually view the product. I got brand name lighting fixtures retail priced as low as large home improvement store price, and comparable to most online lighting centers.”
