I strongly recommend to stay away from these people. 1) There is no value to customer. 2) Design is ok, material purchase and execution absolutely no control. 3) Zero quality control. 4) Return is Rs 3 when we pay Rs 10. 5) Always available before paying advance. 6) Once project is final and advance paid, never available on your date. 7) Always try to show very busy, superior and most talented. 8) You will be always told again and again "we are not contractors", "mind your language" but they never "mind their business". 9) Greedy for money. 10) You will be handled with strategy from the beginning and at the end you will understand it. 11) Takes more money from us and tries to blackmail or compromise on quality or service to pay back excess amount. 12) Demands payments before submitting invoices. 13) For Rs 50+ lack project, only one or two site visits that too when we over pressurized. 14) Tendancy to "उंटावर बसुन शेळ्या हाकने". 15) Low priority on quality, timely completion, customer satisfaction or our home warming function. 16) High priority for their photo shooting session. 17) After home warming within 2 months only 1 complaints attended out of 10. 18) We thrown them out as we tired to their slow / no priority work without attending remaining 9 complaints. 19) Not professional, not sharing suppliers to solve the remaining problems. Problems: a) Modified new door kept without handle. b) Air bubbles in laminates fitting on doors c) Sharp corners on wall cabinets (Father Injured). d) Dining chairs poor quality. e) Handed over with hall marble sticky patches and dirty window glasses, door shutters and toilets. f) Big drawer under bed without handle.

We got our bungalow interior design by Xclusive. Overall they have best designs, smooth execution and absolute professionalism.
