Do not work with this company!! I ordered an expensive product with a delivery date of 2-3 weeks. This product still hasn’t arrived 3 months later and I have had no clarity from luxdeco on delivery date. I have had to call 3 times a week to receive updates that they ‘don’t know where it is’, promise of escalation to management and no calls or updates after that. There are plenty of other companies like Sweetpea & Willow that provide the same products with faster and more reliable delivery dates. I would recommend shopping there instead.
