It also involves extensive co-ordination with various agencies, consultants and contractors and working on a disciplined schedule. The whole process is professionally managed.
With Kath karma as a single point of interface, there would be no delays which are caused due to co-ordination lapses between different agencies, resulting in blame game. Thus project delivery is smooth and hassle-free.
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Kath karma Interiors & space planners is one of the "Original" few firms that pioneered the Design focused Turnkey approach in the city.It took leadership and brought the Turnkey model to Concept Interior when very few Architects or Designers would venture into this territory.
The Firm was founded on 25th day of August 1995 and since its inception we have successfully completed and handed over little less than 100 projects, out of which 3/4 are Residential projects.
The firm has now grown to a stature to take on projects at the wider spectrum from land level to development construction landscaping and designing, executing in different cities of the state.
The majority of our work has come to us through references of satisfied clients and some through repeat orders of existing ones.

DESCRIPTION:
The Design process is a highly interactive one in which we go much deeper into formulating a clear program of client needs and requirements. We invite and encourage active client participation in the planning and design process, thus creating true synergy. Hence each design is different and unique and is customized to that particular client. The expression is also individualistic, based on the communication of the correct corporate identity. We generate 3D rendered views of the same.
The final design output is then integrated with the various technical and engineering aspects and taken into production. A different team of professionals along with Consultants then takes over the process of translation into working drawings.
