Houzlook

I thought Houzlook is a great brand but I had the worst experience from design till execution.i was assigned the poor designer and she never completed our request properly and left the organisation and during execution there were few mistakes but when we reached out to them after a month for correction he also left Houzlook and it's been only 6 months we moved in and the wardrobe mirror broken into pieces. We try to reach them on phone emails but not a single response. Until they get money only they respond post we pay the full amount we should run behind them. I recommend Houzlook for my friend when I booked and even they are facing same issues. The worst customer experience. Please do not trust what ever they say it's just to get business and for them to make money.
