The worst people on this universe for interiors. They have ruined my home to the core. The quality of material is horrible, pathetic staff, horrible immature people they have with horrible casual unprofessional talk done by Param, Nazima Prasanth Punith and the entire team of Homez Interio. They are pathetic to the core. And when we take concerns to them they will not take action and they will sit and watch. The CEO is also horrible there, the staff is horrible. There is one guy called Prasanth, that guy took money even to take and hand over the keys of the home to me. 3 times I had been to the home and all the three times the home was locked and work did not happen properly. It was very casual, unprofessional, low quality sub standard job done by everyone there. Never never go there. They will ruin your home

This is the worst interior company to go to for housing project. They delay projects by more than 50 days, make hell lot of mistakes in every step and nobody ever owns up. Trying to fool customers. Be it designing, measurement, production, execution. We dealt with worst people of our life starting from designer Shalini, Kavana, Puneet, and even higher management guys. We have lost all hopes. A local carpenter is better than these guys.

Homzinterio is the worst firm I have dealt with in India - across sectors. They are indifferent, unprofessional, inefficient and unreliable. My dream project was ruined by poor interactions with their various staff members, including a partner at the firm. Poor designs were shown initially, basic modifications/alterations took weeks and wrong estimates were sent. While staying in my new place, so many quality issues have come to light too. There are screws missing on hinges, in some places the screws are of the smaller size than they should be. There are laminates that haven't completely covered the surface. Edge banding is missing from certain corners. Drawers hit each other vertically when opened. There is absolutely no check or quality control. To top it all there was very poor communication from them - be it the project in charge, CRM or their partners. Their contract binds you to pay everything as soon as materials are delivered at the site. Post that, uncertainty follows and poor communication just makes one look like a fool. The delay penalty clause is just a joke and they don't adhere to any timelines. They promised to complete my project in 45 days but that didn't happen. The work after completion left a bad taste as cleaning was very poor and I still see numbers written on so many cabinets. Those numbers were for their internal specifications but they didn't feel the need to wipe them off the final product. Some duco cabinets are chipped and despite raising the issue they didn't do anything to rectify it. They took weeks to dispose of the debris despite repeated requests. They have still left some of their materials at the site. Some of the dimensions aren't accurate also and that makes installation of appliances difficult. They may boast of a lot of happy customers, some awards from the Times Group and a decent office in HSR, but they ruined my joy of a new home at every stage. It was a miserable time where I could only curse myself for going ahead with them. I still question my choice as I relied on good reviews and shot myself in the foot. There are a lot of firms in this space and I don't see why a customer should waste their time and money in going with Homzinterio.
