Initially, you will feel that you should give them a chance to work because of the nice presentation they do. The sales team is very energetic. They lack in execution. very poor management and they don't consider customers' comments/suggestions very seriously. But now you are helpless because you can not do anything. After all, you have paid all the amount in advance (almost) . They don't have any system and they are very unpredictable - sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. They can not deliver the project on time. Even if you escalate, your concern to the top management through email - somebody from the lower level will write a confirmation email if you are lucky. Proper seriousness comes from the top-level management, and it is missing from them. At the ground, they are simple workers or site managers or whatever the name you give - they are simple people running here and there - I don't consider their fault - because they are not getting paid that much for that kind of perfection.

It aches when you spend your hard earned money and seeing going waste. When you have nothing to say and just want to quite from the interiors like them. Beware!!!!

Worst company for interior work. Took 3 months for the work which earlier was committed for 1 month. The quality of work is below par. Labour they send on sites are Unskilled and unprofessional.
