Fairly disappointed with them. Short summary of profile of house, followed by what they did wrong. 1. 3-bhk apartment in sarjapur 2. NRI profile, with very little footprint in city 3. All payments done between 2-3 days of quote sharing 4. Small project budget 7-8 lakh What they got wrong: 1. They give more preference to bigger budget projects. 2. Small projects end up being longer. 74th day today still 7 more days to go.i was promised 60 days. 3. Design and reality are different. Far too many gaps and voids. 4. They work with limited vendors. If a product is obsolete , their purchasing team is scrambling like headless chickens. 5. They do not have diverse material , colors, patterns. They will agree to all designs you propose in the begining but as you start paying advance on the raw materials and designs you feel they cant supply and then you are stuck as you have paid 10 percent.
