We had hired Duende Designs for our 2BHK interior design. Our overall experience is good and final product is as expected. We had started work in mid Nov-21. Before that we had multiple meetings for finalizing the designs and materials (plywood, laminates) Dhanshree (founder of Duende Design) has good understanding of colors and shades. Because of her the selection of fabric for curtains and sofa was quick and same with paint selection apartment. Initially, we thought the we paid more for interior but when we looked at the other projects from our society then the amount we paid was justified as high quality materials is used. All fittings are from Hettich. Sofa and wall paintings were specially customized for our need. They have good team of interior designers. We had long zoom calls for the selection of the décor items. You can refer the images which I have attached. Work was delivered on time in 45 days as promised. We had issues with TV Unit back panel and it was re-done and re-painted. Definitely we will recommend Duende Designs for your home interior design. Thank you Dhanshree & team for fantastic interior. Congrats on completing one year of Duende Designs. We hired this architect Dhanshree from Duende Designs and made a very big mistake, she is unprofessional and is an amateur with regards to the work undertaken. Refuses to take responsibility and is only interested in payments without making sure work is done as per the client’s request. Talks big like a salesperson but has no quality to back up her claims. Promised us craftsman quality work with premium pricing but what we were left with was low quality bad work of construction quality. After we moved in plumbing was leaking, false ceiling is cracking, electrical faults all over. Most of her labourers have not been paid by her and hence were not interested in completing our house well. We hired her for a fixed fee but she made money on every service she provided us which was not the deal,( I have proof of this). Please see attached pictures of the low quality work and finish. Her supervisors are college graduates and know nothing about this kind of work, you can check her job adverts and you’ll get an idea of what she pays, so you’ll know the quality of people she hires. Most of the 5 star google reviews are her friends and employees who have probably never used her service , Bipin and Mayur were both our supervisors. Please be diligent when selecting an architect for your home, and avoid people and companies like this. Also upon asking her to visit any of her previous sites (residential) she blankly refused and made excuses, that’s because of the quality of work she provides and hence home owners refuse to let her back into the house, just like us. If you need further information I’m happy to provide all their rates and more pictures and you can decide for yourself. Their instagram and other accounts are using pictures of our house without our permission and also claiming to have completed work that is actually not theirs, I can prove this too. All in all this review is for prospective clients of this business to avoid hiring them as they are scam artists out to take your money with no interest or passion in home architecture or interior design. After making payments of more than 15 L, we held back about 40k, and even this amount is short of what we will need to spend to fix all the things that this company did incorrectly or poorly in our home.

I hired Dhanshree for my 3 bedroom apartment in Pune in 2018. Not being from Pune I was completely lost on where to even begin. Within 3 months she turned my empty apartment into a home. She took care of every single aspect of my home from upholstery to furniture to paintings and even candles. Dhanshree has a great sense of aesthetic and is superbly imaginative in her blending of hues and designs. What comes through is a fabulous, cozy look to the home. If you're looking for a signature look to your home, that is beautiful, warm and completely innovative. I love being in Pune now because she gave me a home. Does a great job within the budget allocated. Thank you Dhanshree. All in all, yes, try Duende Designs out. We wish Dhanshree all the success she deserves. We love our home!

She gets totally involved in the project from the day go and takes care of every detail of the design from conceptualization to final execution. The designs and suggestions are custom built for every individual space in the house basis the taste and liking of the family member occupying the same. Duende Designs was proved right when we saw the designs.The designs were simple, elegant and yet not compromising on the functionality. The Duende Designs team was very professional and listened to us(especially me rambling on) patiently.They have a lot of vendors working with them and they all did good work.
