We hired [Office Designer's Name] to redesign our office space, but the experience left much to be desired. From the beginning, it was clear that they didn't take the time to understand our company culture and workflow. The proposed design felt generic and lacked the creative elements we were hoping for. Throughout the project, there were frequent delays and miscommunications. It seemed like [Office Designer's Name] wasn't invested in our project and often prioritized other clients. Additionally, the final cost exceeded the initial estimate by a significant margin, leaving us with an unexpected financial burden.
