Hey there! So, I was a client of Bonito’s, and I had a project that started in October 24th and ended in May 25th. Now, I’ve got to admit, I’m a bit confused about why they call it a “privy segment.” It’s like, come on, it’s just a marketing ploy, nothing special.
If you’re a customer who wants to curate your home with a conceptual design, Bonito might not be the best choice for you. They don’t have the most skilled professional designers who are really focused on delivering a great service to their clients.
My experience with the designers was, well, let’s just say it was a bit of a letdown. They seemed more interested in selling whatever they had in their store than in adding any value to the project. Their lack of attention and unprofessionalism are truly appalling. They didn’t have any real ideas or practical solutions. My designer actually messed up the project quite a bit!
And here’s the thing, Bonito’s sales team isn’t very transparent. They won’t tell you the full picture during your meeting with them. Here are some things they don’t want you to know:
1. Bonito is not a complete interior design solution provider.
2. They don’t have everything you need, like rafters, charcoal sheets, laminates, paints, and so on.
3. Their designers promise to visit clients for selecting home decor items, but as soon as you pay for the project, they disappear and never show up.
4. Their designers are more like salespeople who can’t be bothered to attend the clients on weekends.
5. Bonito doesn’t always finish projects on time, so you’ll have to keep an eye on them.
6. Bonito’s designer software doesn’t show you the actual image of your design, which can be confusing and messy.
So, there you have it, my experience with Bonito. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, and I hope this helps you make an informed decision.
Hey there! I’ve had a bit of a rollercoaster ride with Bonito, and I thought I’d share my experience with you.
First off, the payment process was a bit confusing. I had to pay a 10% advance on the first day and another 20% once the designer finished the first cut design within 20 days. But here’s the catch: their designer is incredibly talented, so she didn’t start working on my design for the first 20 days. Talk about a waste of time and unnecessary delay! And to top it off, their collection boy, Avinash, followed up for the 20% advance after 20 days, completely unaware that the designer hadn’t done any work yet.
Next, when they finally took the cross measurement of my house, it took them another 45 days to get started with the actual on-site work. Again, this was a waste of time and a major delay. In my case, it ended up being a total of 65 days of wasted time, and I’m still waiting for an explanation from Bonito.
And let’s not forget about the project completion commitment. Bonito promised to complete the project in 3 months, but it took them an extra 5 months to curate a 2 BHK flat for their clients. Talk about royal treatment!
