We had a smooth and outstanding experience with Asense. It turned out to be a perfect choice. We are impressed with their professionalism, ownership, transparency in material, price, proper plan, skilled-trained team and dedication. 1. Design team (Snigdha and Jaya) were excellent, understood our requirement, and prepared designs with proper space management. And Snigdha was always quick and patient responding to our queries. They gave value to our inputs, and modified accordingly wherever required. 2. Production was completed on time. We visited the factory to see material and laminates. 3. Execution was done really well. Carpenter team (Biswajit and others) were really good and helpful. Execution was completed and they handed over almost 3 weeks earlier than what was mentioned in plan. They have provided materials as promised. We are very impressed with their factory finish. Implementation was done so nicely that its looking more beautiful than 3d designs. Special thanks to Saikumar, Snigdha and Shaan for always been so helpful and patient. Overall, our experience with Asense team was wonderful and we strongly recommend Asense to everyone for hassle free and quality interior work.

Would really like to take quality moment to write this review on Asense interior work and journey with us. We have gone through rigorous search on many renowned interior companies (Like Homelane, Design Cafe, Livspace etc.) before we pick up Asense. On the first interaction with Mrinmoy and after seeing their past works and videos we trusted on them to proceed the work which we felt later was right decision for us. What a gentlemen he is in order to explain us the procedure, plan and kind of support he provided throughout the entire journey specially the hurdles faced during the Covid-19 pandemic time. It was tough for everyone during this time to proceed the planning and design and the items availability as per the design. Their entire design team Snigdha, Abir and Mrinmoy provided great support to understand our expectation and provided the right design which indeed comes out as great outcome. I must call out their team leader at execution phase Anoop what a nice guy he is. "Asense should not leave him at any cost", I felt he is the gem in their team. He was very polite and did any sort work and drove entire team towards right direction. He was so dedicated during execution and installation phase and solved all our requirements. After doing a lot of research and visiting multiple interior design companies, I decided to go with Asense Interiors. I am so glad now that I made the right decision. Right from the initial meeting, the design and execution phase the transparency regarding costs, materials and timeframe were always maintained. The Design: Snigdha curated some beautiful designs as per our requirements . Though we changed the designs/laminates multiple times and went through several iterations, she was always patient and prompt enough to provide us with the 3D designs each time and hence making it easier for us to decide. She helped us in choosing various laminates, wall colors/wallpaper and ensured that we were in the right direction. The Execution: With many restrictions and limited facilities for the workers from the builder’s side in the Apartment, Sai ensured that we did not face any major issues during the execution. There were some minor issues which used to get resolved almost immediately. To quote a few such instances are - 1. A small crack developed in the kitchen granite during the Interior work, which they replaced promptly with a new granite without any hesitation. 2. When everything was almost completed, we found a few small scratches within the laminate in one of the wardrobes. Even though the supplier/ laminate company did not accept their fault, Asense took the responsibility and got all the doors replaced, which shows how much they va

We selected Asense and they did the interiors for our new house. It was also the time of Covid pandemic so there were some restrictions and delays. However the team was very professional. Their interior consultant abeer / snigdha are very creative and patient. Mrinmoy has always been helpful and cooperative. The projects team of sai and shaan are very professional. We recently moved into our new home and we would like to thank Asense Interiors who were with us in our journey of transforming our 4 walled Apartment into a HOME. We started our search for Interior Designers sometime in Aug 2019. After meeting a couple of prospective vendors, we finalized on Asense Interiors. There were more than a couple of reasons why they stood out in the crowd and made the decision easy for us. 1.Mrinmoy da was very patient in hearing out what we had envisaged for our home. He came up with inputs of his own which gelled pretty well with what we wanted. 2.Very transparent about the quality and cost of the materials that would be used. 3.An excellent team of designers – Snigdha and Abir; who were patient enough to do multiple iterations to the design till we were completely satisfied 4.A great project manager – Sai; who supervised the entire execution from Day 1 till handover 5.An excellent team of on-site staff, who did the job with a lot of finesse. As a result, the finishing was excellent and we get to hear the same from anyone who has visited our home 6.After moving in, if we came across any glitches, they promptly sent over somebody to fix those thus showing their commitment in delivering their best 7.On time completion of the project. There was no delay from their end and they delivered the completed project on the promised date. Well it took us 1 month to find Asense Interior to get our Interior designing done for our new flat in PLH. We have been reading reviews everywhere to ensure we get the best work done and our criteria for choosing one was that none of the designers have negative reviews on any platform. So we found Asense Interior with amazing reviews on Google, YouTube and everywhere. Prior to selecting them we took quote from Livspace and 2 other free lancer designers as well but we weren’t satisfied with any of them. Just based on the positive reviews we decided to go with Asense and let me reel you they didn’t let us down either. Starting from giving a demo on what they do and showing us their work in various apartments to interview us on our needs and then spending time with us to design the ultimate home. Their designers Snigdha and Abir are the best in market and they know what they are doing. The listen to your suggestions and provide their own to come up with a better design. The challenge for them was to design a modern home with minimalist items and cost saving ideas so that the apartment looks spacious, modern and beautiful and at the same time it’s within the budget. They didn’t disappoint us either. Finally the star in their team is SaiKumar who manages the customer relationships of their company. Man, this guy is so humble and down to earth and he listens to all of your questions, concerns and ensures that those are addressed on time. He even helped to get some of the extra work that we needed like bathroom fittings, electrical fixtures, picture hanging done for FREE. There were slight hiccups done by the painter guys they hired but SaiKumar made sure that the work and timelines are not impacted. He personally visited the site multiple time to ensure the work is being done as per schedule. These guys go above and beyond to make sure customer is happy and they are doing the job as communicated. You are always treated like their own family whenever you visit their place. You must try them in case you are looking for designing your home.

We decided to go with Asense after doing a good research with couple of interior designers and I can say we made the best decision.. The whole experience starting from design phase to implementation and execution was excellent.. I especially liked their professional attitude, their 100% approchability, and the genuine interest that they took for our project.. Interiors is not only about doing wood work but it's about the entire theme of the home personalised to the needs of each and every family member. They took care of each and every aspect. Creating a home is always a dream venture & ours came true because of Asense. The interaction with each member of the team from the first day was fulfilling & positive & the beautiful relationship continues. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted the Design team absorbed all that & gave us much more. Giving suggestions which actually were improvements on our own plan. The team leader Mrinmoy is the quintessential well mannered Bengali with excellent creative & leadership skills. Each stage of production went off seamlessly thanks to the well coordinated & experienced teams. The installation & finishing in our apartment was completed well within the time we had requested as we were in a hurry to shift. They have excelled in using the best material with no compromise on quality. They have also promised good follow up to take care minor problems which may arise later. Their complete transparency during the various stages of work makes Asense stand apart from many other Interior decorators.

We searched for a good yet affordable interior designer for our new home, and we decided to go with Asense, because we found them to be the most customer-centrist and prompt among all the interior designers whom we reached out to. The entire process from design to manufacture to installation was clearly communicated and executed, which included multiple meetings with the design team over the weekends, screen-share calls during weekdays etc, and most importantly, transparency in pricing, including cost escalations. They delivered the work ahead of schedule. The delivered work is of good quality, and we have not faced any issues so far post the handover.
