ASENSE has done interior work for our 4 BHK flat at Brigade lakefront, Whitefield & we are extremely happy & satisfied with the end results. Sharing below our thoughts on our journey with ASESNSE that got us our dream home. It all started before the COVID pandemic when we were very confused about selection of interior designers. Because we stay abroad, it was never an easy choice as we wanted to choose a trusted partner who could deliver end to end quality work & necessary support (as required). Our search ended with ASENSE after a long interaction with Mrinmoy on phone followed by a meeting with Snigdha. In our very first interactions we could make out their customer centric approach, their ability to deliver quality work & a flexible approach towards adapting to customer requirements. As luck would have it, due to this COVID pandemic, we were unable to travel to India for almost a year and a half. The entire project was delivered through video calls, but the ASENSE team never failed us on any aspect. Special note of thanks to Mrinmoy & Snigdha for the countless hours of video conference to finalise the concept/design to final project delivery. Amazed and pleased at their ability to replicate the design – it is almost 100 % replication of the 3D model. ASENSE has a very dedicated workforce focused on quality work and with very pleasing demeanors. I could feel a culture of customer service rooted across the organization and appreciate its leadership team to inculcate the same in entire workforce. Big thanks to Shaan for supervising & coordinating all the construction activities. Unable to travel during the pandemic, we could monitor the progress only through video calls and despite this limitation – our house has come up exactly as we finalised in the 3D model. Special thanks to Mrinmoy (a gentleman par excellence & one of the finest people I have met) for his special attention towards the minutest details all through the project and his continued support till date. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with ASENSE. You can rely on them as a trusted partner for end-to-end home interior solutions. After we booked our flat at Orchid Whitefield, the major headache was finding a good interior company. Our hunt for the ideal interior designer started in 2016 with the ones which most people go with and are famous in the market and meeting up with no less than 20 more interior designers, we came across Asense Inside Pvt Ltd located at Varthur Main Road. They have their own workshop where everything is machine cut, laminates machine pressed, and edge binding is also mechanized. They DO NOT compromise on material quality – Century Ply, Hettich hardware, branded laminates. Their production and assembly staff including plumber, POP, marble, Paint etc are full time employees of the company and not a temporary working professional. Hence, a good control on the workmanship. The work quality was mostly top-notch, and the project management team was always around to fix any glitches. Let me talk about the core dream team that turned our flat into a sweet & lovely home # Mrinmoy Mukherjee – The head of Asense Inside Pvt Ltd # Snigdha & Abhir – The BEST designers who created all the creative designs for us. All my friends & family members loved it. The whole theme, designs, colour combinations were fantabulous # Sai (CRM) & Bisnu (Production Manager) – The MAN, who handles a bit of everything and always there to iron out issues for us # Anup (Carpenter) & Rahul (Electrical & Network) – The execution team along with other teams (Plumber, POP, Tile/Marble/Granite, Paint). All the team members are very professional, friendly, and insightful in their work I could feel that the culture of customer service is across the organization and appreciate its leadership team to inculcate the same in all its members. The final product came exactly or better than what we had imagined during the design phase Overall, our experience with Asense was DELIGHTFUL and we are very happy with their end-product. It was a challenge to get the home interior planned and executed when we had just returned back to India and a looming lockdown due to the 2nd wave and we were stuck back in our home town. But having partnered with Asense the journey was made simple and productive Their approach of sharing the 3D design helped us envision the end product very early in the phase and allowed us to recommend the necessary changes. We are extremely pleased with the end results. The best experience of working with Asense is the customer service experience. Everyone whom we interacted with (Yashwant, Abir, Anup, Hemanta, Biswajit, Jugnoo) worked with an attitude of not just completing another project but with a thought of how we could help in every possible way. I could feel that the culture of customer service is across the organization and appreciate its leadership team to inculcate the same in all of its members. Asense did the interior work in our 4 bedroom house. Here are our opinions on various aspects of the work along with the pros and cons in each of them. Note that large parts of this project took place mostly online due to Covid-19. The entire work started with us sharing the plans of the house along with our specifications. Asense showed us examples from their vast catalog of existing projects. We wanted large parts of our work to be in wood and not in plywood and were skeptical at first about Asense’s ability. Mrinmoy from Asense took a month’s time and built an entire cabinet (which was not used in our house) as a proof of concept to prove to us their ability to execute. They also sent a bunch of shutter samples for us to get an idea of the finished product as we were not willing to visit their workshop. This convinced us and then Abir and Snigdha (design team) spent the next few months finalising the design to every last detail in a 3D render. We would have spent 40-50 hours on video calls just to finalise everything. The woodwork around the house was quite involved but was executed very well. Only time will tell if it will hold up but I feel they did a great job. Every detail that was in the 3D file was carefully executed. The mirrors and wall facades were carefully carved either using expert craftsmen or using computerised cutting. I felt they were out of their comfort zone but learnt along the way and did a great job by the end. They had three teams of people working on wall painting, duco painting and wood polishing and they were all professionally done. They were kind of perfectionists when it came to painting. We had some plumbing and electrical changes made to the house and all the plumbing changes were quite good and were well executed. In the last several months we have not experienced any leaks or issues. The electrical work on the other hand was sub par and it is the one place where we wish we had not gone with Asense. The workforce in Asense are employees and not contractors and every project has several supervisors attached to it and we have found that some of the supervisors are quite good like Sai Kumar or Anup and some of them are about okay. I lucked out in parts as Mrinmoy himself was present to supervise the work on many days. Final thoughts: I would recommend Asense without any hesitation. In fact, I have recommended them to one of my friends and they are now working together. The thing with Asense is that they are quite good at several things and they will absolutely nail those aspects. ut they are also super interested in working out of their comfort zone, learning on the job and in the end doing a great job. There are also some intangibles where they excel. This entire project was done over video calls with couriered files, designs, paint palettes, fabric samples and so on. You will not have any issues of running behind them and absence of workforce and other issues which generally plague interior work.

A big thanks to Asense Interiors team who made us proud owner of beautifully designed 3BHK apartment, the final interior design of our house came out really satisfactory and are appreciated by our friends and relatives. We had lot of confusion initially to choose the interior designer, we had visited some of the other interior designer offices in Bangalore to check, and we had finally choose Asense which turned out to be our best choise. Overall they completed the work within 2 months (including design, production and installation phases) and they handed over the house to us well before our house warming date. There was very limited involvement from our side to go and check the work progress, Asense team is very accurate and produced quality of work as we had agreed during our design phase. Not only just agreeing for our requests, they had also suggested us to think for different design, color combinations of laminates, to choose the door handles etc., which looks different than the normal. They had also accommodated our ad-hoc requests during the installation stage. The price they have quoted is slightly higher, however they have provided us quality work and overall had pleasent experience with each one we interacted from Asense team specially Sai Kumar and Yashwanth who stood out with us on entire duration of the project

After I booked my flat at House of Hiranandani, Hebbal the major headache was finding a good interior company. I started searching with the ones which most people go with and are famous in the market. But when I read reviews I found that they take money upfront and then it is upto the vendor who receives the order to complete or not. To be honest I do not have time to manage office and interior hassles both. And then by God's grace I came across Asense. Although they have much less reviews than those famous ones, but I couldn't find any review which said they took money and didn't finish the work. Yes like every company they do have one or two negative reviews but that is expected. You can't satisfy everyone. I somehow got contacts of Mrinmoy and Abir and called them up. Within hours they sent me an estimate when it took more than 7 days for two other companies to even start working on the estimate. Now let's come to the main thing. That is interior work. Why I gave 4 stars 1 star for finishing within deadline. They gave me a deadline and inspite of Covid and lockdown and what not they did it well within time 1 star for quick responsiveness. They are quick to response to your queries and solve it quite fast. They create a whatsapp group and you just need to type in your issues. And done. They will take necessary action. 1 star for quality and finishing. They seem to have provided quality materials ( I am not an expert but by looks of everything it seems to be good). Finishing is very good. Yes there will be 1 or 2 small corners where there might be small issues but that is 1-2% . And that is acceptable. 1 star for painting. Out of everything what I liked most is their painting. The color combinations they chose for us to match the texture walls was really good. And the painter did an amazing work. This is 4 stars. I did cut one star for the electrician. Truly speaking I didn't like some of his work. Any exterior work that we gave him like light fittings or some plug point he either did it slant or the fitting was not proper. And to every query he had an excuse. And also the measurement they took for dishwasher was not correct for which a portion of it is protruding out. Overall Asense is a good company to do interiors with. The overall estimate might be a bit higher than others but it makes sense as you don't have to worry about anything. Sit at home and relax. Tell your worries in the whatsapp group and they will take care. You don't have to visit your new home to see what they are doing. Just spend time during design phase and they will make sure it's all put in place. I recommend their service. Good quality interior delivered within deadline for a little premium.

We had a smooth and outstanding experience with Asense. It turned out to be a perfect choice. We are impressed with their professionalism, ownership, transparency in material, price, proper plan, skilled-trained team and dedication. 1. Design team (Snigdha and Jaya) were excellent, understood our requirement, and prepared designs with proper space management. And Snigdha was always quick and patient responding to our queries. They gave value to our inputs, and modified accordingly wherever required. 2. Production was completed on time. We visited the factory to see material and laminates. 3. Execution was done really well. Carpenter team (Biswajit and others) were really good and helpful. Execution was completed and they handed over almost 3 weeks earlier than what was mentioned in plan. They have provided materials as promised. We are very impressed with their factory finish. Implementation was done so nicely that its looking more beautiful than 3d designs. Special thanks to Saikumar, Snigdha and Shaan for always been so helpful and patient. Overall, our experience with Asense team was wonderful and we strongly recommend Asense to everyone for hassle free and quality interior work.

Would really like to take quality moment to write this review on Asense interior work and journey with us. We have gone through rigorous search on many renowned interior companies (Like Homelane, Design Cafe, Livspace etc.) before we pick up Asense. On the first interaction with Mrinmoy and after seeing their past works and videos we trusted on them to proceed the work which we felt later was right decision for us. What a gentlemen he is in order to explain us the procedure, plan and kind of support he provided throughout the entire journey specially the hurdles faced during the Covid-19 pandemic time. It was tough for everyone during this time to proceed the planning and design and the items availability as per the design. Their entire design team Snigdha, Abir and Mrinmoy provided great support to understand our expectation and provided the right design which indeed comes out as great outcome. I must call out their team leader at execution phase Anoop what a nice guy he is. "Asense should not leave him at any cost", I felt he is the gem in their team. He was very polite and did any sort work and drove entire team towards right direction. He was so dedicated during execution and installation phase and solved all our requirements.
