We had a really good experience working with the Asense team. All the members of the team that we interacted with were experienced, well-mannered, and mature. Our CRM Pretha was quite knowledgeable and helped us understand the process, the costs, the materials used, and the timelines. The other CRM, Henry, never missed sending a daily update about the progress and the blockers during execution. He was cheerful and proactive in keeping the execution team unblocked. Our Project Manager, Tusshar, was extremely well-behaved and coordinated well between us and the internal teams. We spent most of our time interacting with Shezad from the Design team. He was always calm, prepared, and had great taste in design. He was able to find a delicate balance between understanding our requirements, maintaining aesthetic integrity, and handling technical constraints while managing our budget. The execution team led by Sudip was really fast and efficient. A big shout-out to him and the team. He would run us by every decision wherever there was a difference between the plan and execution and make sure we made an informed decision even at the smallest of changes. We selected Asense after reviewing 7-8 top interior design firms. One of the major reasons we selected Asense was their broad range of customization capabilities across woodwork and civil service lines. A couple of visits to their HSR layout and Whitefield showrooms gave us confidence about their execution abilities and quality of workmanship. While they were flexible and open to accommodate almost all my ideas, they were also upfront on things that were outside their scope. We hired them to do the entire spectrum of interior work including wood, civil, and electrical works. After a few rounds of preliminary discussions and contract signing, we quickly got into the actual project work. The design lead Abir Mukherjee did a fantastic job with the design accommodating all our requests while bringing in his experience and creative ideas. From day 1, Abir understood our vision and needs, and translated them into the design. Not just design, Abir also guided us through the entire execution journey. The project team and the field team coordinated with us throughout the journey keeping us in the loop about the status of the project and asking for our input on material selections, changes, civil work, payments, etc. as needed. Post the design phase, the Asense Project team gave us a high-level timeframe and to our delight completed the work well before the estimated timeline. I want to thank the Asense Team for the interior work they have done for our home. We’re very very pleased with the final results. We got interior of our 3bhk done in Orchid Whitefield, Bangalore, from Asense Interior. Whole experience from initial estimate to final execution was seamless. Quality of products installed are very good and as per the latest trend. Asense team was super supportive in all the stages. Asense Interiors are one of the best in the Industry in Bengaluru. We did a thorough research & reached out to atleast 8 Interior Designers. Abhishek from HSR Layout branch gave us a good overview of the process. He gave us enough time to take a decision. He was not pushing the sale & trying to onboard us immediately (unlike the experience we had at Truww or Bonito). The honesty & security that they had, made me feel that I can trust them. He understood our requirements, gave us honest opinions keeping in mind our budget. There were no unnecessary expenditure, surprise additions & hidden costs. He was upfront with what will work & what won't work. The design phase was the longest for us. We had Varalakshmi, our designer, was totally amazing, one of the most patient people I have seen. What generally designers wont understand that it might be one of the projects for them, but it is the "Only Home" for us. Vara was extremely customer obsessed & was doing everything to ensure our vision comes to life. Me & my partner, as a couple are poles apart. Our personalities varies from an Avengers theme to Pastels / Classy. We were pretty sure at the end of the process one of us will not be very happy. But Varalakshmi ensured that both the aspects were brought together so well that both of us were extremely satisfied & happy! The entire execution team lead by Daryll works like clock work. Very slick, prompt & they stick to their schedule & timeline. They require minimal supervision. They bring down the design to execution to the "T". They did help us out with last minute additions & corrections as well. When you compare their initial quote with other players. It might come across as slightly on the higher side. But trust me they are worth it. They all talk less & do more. They are not intimidating & will be there with you.
