From the very beginning, Shivangi (ANS Design House) has been professional, enthusiastic, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring and responsive. Emails, texts or phone calls were responded immediately. She answered questions right away. She was always very responsive and punctual with all site visits. She was personally present along with her team on site to discuss and explain the details at the site. And from the very first meeting through the final handover, we had been thoroughly impressed with her. She patiently collaborated with us to transform our requirements and wish list into an inspired and detailed specification. The plans produced were brilliant, and no stone was left unturned. Before the plans were produced Shivangi always had a one to one with us. The plans were discussed with detail and she also foresaw and explained some of the practical issues that could arise in the design using her tremendous experience and intelligence and created a better and a suitable design. It just comes to her naturally. These are the kind of knowledgeable people you need while designing your dream house. We have lived over 2 years now in our house and we have not faced with any practical issues. Shivangi has exceeded our expectations and will definitely be working with her again in the future.
