“Thank you for a wonderful service! We dismantled our Havana gazebo in order to move it to another location and 2 of the roof bars disappeared (teenagers?). Sunnest reps were most helpful, ordered replacement bars from China and had them delivered to our home in Canada. We love the gazebo!”

“Stopped in on a whim to look at bedroom sets. Wow, ordered one that day. No need to "think about it". The quality of what was on display and the choices in finishes they gave us was enough to seal the deal. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks. Since we had ordered a special stain for the tops of the case goods it wound up taking about 3 extra weeks. It was worth the wait. These pieces are very heavy and 2 courteous men set everything up in about 20 minutes. Hubby and I were so happy with the whole process, we went back at Christmas and purchased a jewelry armoire. They even worked on the price with us since we took the display piece. We are now thinking of upgrading to a king size bed and will be going back to them. I'll need to use the existing headboard in one of our spare bedrooms...These pieces are definitely heirloom pieces not throw away items.”

“I live in Seattle where it's more economical to renovate a house than to move into a new one. Real estate here is crazy. I purchased a library wall bed from Kenneweg's to turn a studio space into a flex bedroom. It was the simplest solution at the time, no renovation necessary. I thought I'd use it for a short while then make a more permanent decision about my house. It's worked so well, I'm still using the studio space as a bedroom at night and simply converting the room to a shared space during the day. The library appearance truly disguises the fact that there is a bed stored there. The two main reasons I give Kenneweg's an excellent rating, are their fine craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. The owner called me when my item shipped, before it arrived, and the day of arrival to keep me informed. He clearly wanted every part of the exchange to go smoothly. He gave clear instructions, and offered to be on call during our installation in case we had questions. I have used my library wall bed for 4-5 years. I waited to give a review so that I could leave an informed review. It has held up beautifully, exceeding my expectations in every way.”
