While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed. They will charge you a fair price. You can allow them into your home and trust that everything will be completed as promised. This is a company you can trust.”

“My husband and I chose to use Mulberry to build our home because we really liked the style of the previous homes they had built. We were impressed with their immediate response when we expressed interest in building on a vacant lot and they helped guide us determining what size and style would work for our needs. The cost for our custom architectural plans was very reasonable and we were happy with the timeline for revising them and starting on the project. We chose to trust Mulberry with a lot of the details and were pleasantly surprised when they added accents like black closet doors where a traditional white door would have been too stark. Overall, we are so happy to be in our new home and are pleased that Mulberry had the ability to make our vision a reality.”

“After meeting with six local design/build companies, we felt DiYanni was the right choice for our project. Jenny and Ray addressed all our concerns and brought unique ideas to the table. In terms of price, they were in the middle of the quotes we received and we are happy with the value for the final price. With all the companies we got initial quotes from and proceeded to designs with, the initial quote was significantly less than the actual cost. Whether this was because of the scale/scope of our particular project or standard practice, I couldn't say for sure. Throughout the design phase Jenny was spectacular, answering questions and modifying the design (including revising 3D renderings of the space) multiple times until it was just right. Her input on style choices was much appreciated. We are now entering the build phase of the project and can't wait to see the end result. Their process is seamless, handing off from one person to the next in an established manner that makes the project move smoothly from phase to phase. I would highly recommend this company for designing your remodel.”

“From the first moments we began working with Krista and the team at Premier Living Homes, we knew we had made the right choice. They were transparent about their work, offering multiple references, and we were even able to visit homes of previous clients. It should be noted that Premier Living Homes received glowing reviews from those customers as well. Through multiple iterations of plans and debates about the finishes in our home, Krista was patient and professional, offering insight based on both her experience and on our needs. She took the time to understand us as a family and ask what we wanted to do with the space. She never shied away from telling us if something wasn't a good idea, and she always had an alternative that was better suited for our needs. When we received our final plans, the result was beyond our expectations. We're in the building process right now, but to this point, our experience has been phenomenal. “The project was a complete renovation of a house built in the 1930's. The first floor was a complete gut and rebuild creating a showcase kitchen and correcting an addition that was done in the 70's. A master suite was added to the second floor. The entire house was rewired, all the plumbing was replaced and all the windows were replaced with new larger ones. Working with Michael Matrka Inc. was great. As the project moved forward I was presented with the different options that were available to me and given the pros and cons of each. This gave me confidence that I was making the best decisions for me. The end result is a fabulous house that doesn't look or feel like it has an addition. My neighbors are constantly telling me how much they appreciate the appearance of the house and how well it fits into and improves the look of the neighborhood.”
