“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“We bought a Connect Home 2.1 model in 2013 http://connect-homes.com/dev/connect-2-1/ lived in it on our property while our house was being built and now rent it. The design is simply gorgeous and incredibly functional. While only 640 sq feet - it feels much bigger given the layout and big windows. It felt like we were living inside an Architectural Digest ad. Strongly recommend checking them out.”

“Racing Green is one of those rare general contractors in LA that you can COMPLETELY trust to do great work in a timely manner. I hired them to renovate my home in Toluca Lake (after a former contractor walked off the job). Racing Green came in and picked up where the other group quit. They were extremely professional and great to work with. Some of the projects they completed for me were flooring, drywall, lighting, underpinning, and plumbing. They did a great job on everything and for a reasonable price. I am tremendously grateful for them coming in and saving the day. I have worked with them since and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend their services for any household renovation or construction projects you might need.”

“I purchased an investment property in LA last month and needed to add 650 sq feet and a complete kitchen and bathrooms make over. “We have been so pleased with our experience working with Amato Builders on the addition of a bathroom and a kitchen in our apartment. Besides doing a wonderful job, they were patient when the board approval process was lengthy and helpful when it required communicating with a handful of different people. Our tenants were very happy at how responsible and clean they were. And as we were not available to be onsite Adam updated us frequently with pictures and details and was always easy to reach if we had questions. Great job and good people! “A+plus design and remodeling renovated my two living rooms into more then I had expected! Our project was out of their comfort zone as they mostly do kitchens and bath! But, I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I would like for them to come back and finish the rest of iur hime! Adam believes in making sure his customer is fully satisfied or he is not!
