“Steve and the team at Sterling Construction are awesome. We did a huge renovation that most homeowners would be hesitant to do without an architect. Steve has all the design and installation knowledge anyone could hope for. From demolition to finish carpentry, his teams are great. The work was neat, timely and above all done to the highest standards. Having Steve on the job everyday gave us the confidence and assurance that our project would be completed as contracted. We were able to make some design changes during the job that only enhanced the beauty of our whole house renovation. You'd be hard pressed to find another GC that would do that.”

“If you are looking for a company that you can count on, this is the company to go with! We couldn't be happier. We had a house fire and had to rebuild the entire house. We were overwhelmed to say the least. Of course we got a quote from a few different people and these guys were VERY reasonable. The other part that was AMAZING was that they didn't quote just basic things, they quoted us with upgrades that they knew would make us happy and make for a better built home. Every step of the way they were easy to contact and always got back to us SUPER quick. We made changes along the way and they were happy to help. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They made the process easy and built us the home of our dreams. I'm not one for writing reviews, but they really impressed me.”

Heartland only hires the highest quality workmen with great building experience and knowledge, and the company only uses the highest grade quality building materials in the construction of its' homes. “Burlock Interiors had the pleasure of working with Quatrefoil on a designer showhouse in 2012. They installed a loft and all our wood paneling for us. It was then that we learned that they are general contractors of the highest caliber. This year, they invited us to style one of the kitchens they designed (and built) for a photo shoot. And it was the same thing. Amazing work. Our services certainly overlap. We design kitchens too! The point is, we know great work when we see it. If you want something beautiful in your home to show off to your friends and family, this company is one-stop-shopping. Seriously.”

“Legacy and Chris's team did a great job with our renovation. Our job was significant including a complete update on all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, bathrooms and with the addition of a new kitchen and modern spaces to an older home. Their attention to detail in the work and responsiveness throughout the project was appreciated. They had a daily foreman who was always available to discuss the work and options. They worked well with us to be respectful of our budget but were also always willing to discuss alternatives and new ideas. Overall we were extremely pleased with the final work.”
