Started in the year 1992 by the then very young and energetic Mr. Debtosh Chatterjee as a small business venture to meet his daily expenditure during college days CCASPL was then only ‘Cleaning Arts’- The Art of Managing Maintenance. From a single room office at Kolkata, CCASPL started its journey as a service provider group for small businesses and household sectors. The company offers a full range of facility services, including housekeeping, pantry services, mail dispatch, horticulture, photocopying and printing, janitorial services, electro-mechanical maintenance, quality assurance systems, work-to-order services. Over the years gradually it spread its wings to provide other related & auxiliary services. Within a short span it established itself as one of the premier organizations of its kind. Needless to mention it subsequently became the meeting point of socio – economical growth (by providing continuous employment) and professionalism. CCASPL had by then made a strong foray into the corporate clients and established business houses.
