“We used Caldwell-Cline to design our retirement dream house. It was a wonderful experience working with the staff. They were always very accommodating to our schedule. Roger took all the photo’s I had for each room and designed exactly what we wanted. He also came to our home on several occasions to help us design certain area’s i.e., over our fireplace in the great room and designing the outdoor fireplace. We couldn’t be happier with them. Every meeting was fun and feel there are friends.”

“My wife and I have worked with Tom Rogers multiple times in the past. In particular, he designed a retirement home for us several years ago. More recently Tom designed and modified a garage, breezeway and merged into the main dweling for us. This created multiple challenges due to merging two structures (detached garage to a main dwelling including a breezeway), all with different roof pitches. In working with us, Tom not only designed the structures, he prepared graphical 3D views before construction and how the look would be during various times of the day, aka, sun movement. In the final design, Tom provided detailed construction drawings that was applauded by the contractors used. When the design was presented to the homeowner's association for approval, approval was granted within hours which is unheard of. This immediate approval was in part the result of such a clean, clever and appealing design that enhanced the look of the home. All in all, we can not say enough about Tom's professional competence, attention to detail, wisdom of his years experience and his unique ability to carefully listen to his client. Tom comes with outstanding praise. Note the first two pictures are the before state and the last two pictures are after Tom's design and construction.”

“I needed a remodel job and Joel meet me at the house and measured everything. He listenend to my requests and came up with an amazing plan. He was great at suggesting ideas to save money and time. LJM plans included a demo page, electrical, before and after. He was will ing to make changes but non were needed I would definately hire him again and recommend him to my family and friends”

“J.P. worked with us to design our custom home from, literally, a blank sheet of paper. To say he got it right would be an understatement. Not only do we enjoy driving up to and living in our home every day, we're constantly reminded of how much went into designing the space so it just made sense. Things are where you expect or need them to be at virtually every turn, and the seemingly minor details that J.P. added into our plan are pleasantly noticeable without being overwhelming. Our friends and family seem to agree based on their commentary when they visit, as well. More than just the end result, J.P. was great to work with through every stage of the project. He really listened to and learned about us in order to design a home that was ours, vs. just a home that he thought we would like. He was patient and responsive through our subsequent revisions, helped us solve layout puzzles while keeping an eye to structural and mechanical considerations, and stayed engaged with the project during construction to help us and our GC with field decisions and adjustments that simply weren't foreseeable on paper. We felt comfortable thinking of him as an advisor and advocate during some of the inevitable speed bumps we hit during construction as well. We would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend J.P. to anyone for their project!”

“Kevin Young designed and stayed with the construction until the very end. We had some strange concepts for Madison, GA including a lap pool in a screened porch, solar panels covering the roof, a greenhouse next to the kitchen, a rainwater collection system to irrigate plants, a screened sleeping porch, and an overall feeling of merging the house with the outdoors. And do it for less than $500K. We provided lumber for the floor from Red Oaks cut in the clearing process. Kevin did an inspired job of designing all of this. We fell in love with his small scale model of his conception. The sleeping porch is cantilevered over a ravine on the West end of the house, the orientation is East-West so a directly South facing long axis, and a one-room deep living-room with a vaulted ceiling and 12 feet of windows facing South and 12 feet of windows facing North. When our contractor quit his company and turned it over to another person, Kevin stepped in and gave us continuity. He did almost twice the construction coordination work and never even asked about increasing his fee. His dedication to successful completion of the work was extraordinary.”
