“As a home builder, I have found that Charles always takes the time to understand the design/feel I am looking for in a particular home. He is always open to my input in design, and always has great ideas where I am struggling to make something come together just right. He has the ability to take my thoughts from chicken scratch and scribbled drawings on notebook paper and turn them into useable construction documents. When working with our custom home clients, Charles always treats them as though they were long lost friends, and works with them until he gets everything how they want. “Perry House Plans team is an excellent choice when you want a well designed home. They had a design that we liked but there were some changes and additions we added to it. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. We are right now in the process of building this home which has impressed everyone that has come by looking at its progress. They even did a plot plan for us setting up the house on our lot which was helpful for the contractor. Before we decided on using them we had looked at their web site and enjoyed seeing all the aesthetically pleasing exterior design and great floor plans.”

“We recently purchased a lot, upon which we plan to build our last house. The lot has very large trees, which was it's attraction, and it was very important to us to save them. Larry came out to the lot, and then designed our home around the trees for us. He was fast, efficient, and an absolute joy to work with on this project. As we requested changes, Larry would not only make the changes, but gave us many helpful suggestions that greatly improved the house. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and very helpful.
