“We hired Jae Studios in 2014 on a referral from a friend. We are extremely pleased with the professional work we received from start to finish. We undertook a tear-down project on a challenging lot in Northern California. Jae's experience was a huge asset to our project as he knew how to provide the optimal design for a house on a sloping lot. At the beginning of the project Jae met with us and asked us what we wanted in a dream house. He let us first provide examples of what we were looking for and then he provided some guidance and supplemented our vision with some of his past projects. We appreciated his openness to our ideas as well as his recommendations on how to improve on them. Also, his depth of experience in the home building business was invaluable, as he provided feedback on how to build the best possible house while making sure that we constructed a house that maintained maximum value for a possible future resale. Additionally, Jae was very responsive to our plan changes and was very attentive to the details in our recommendations. Lastly, and most importantly, Jae was efficient when it came time to get the permit from our city. He had a strong knowledge of what was being requested from the city and was able to satisfy all the requests in a timely manner.
