“FGY Architects are very personable, creative and professional. My husband and I enjoyed several conversations with the main architects, Catherine Fergus and Dan Garber about the why, how and what we would change in our home to make it more livable for our family. We both happened to practice industrial designer, which made the creative process with the Garbers' most enjoyable, by being able to describe our ideas verbally and by sketching them in our meetings. Our project grew in size and budget during the process but since our plan was to be in our remodeled home for many decades, the increases have been worth it. To this day, we appreciate several ideas which both Catherine and Dan suggested from the expansion of the front porch, to enlarging doorways and creating an open feeling between rooms and hallways in relationship.”

“Before I begin my remodel plan, I was debating whether or not I should hire a professional architect, and I am glad I did. Kyle is extremely knowledgable and resourceful, he organize and oversee the whole project, as well as fill in every little detail that I probably will neglect. Not only he design a cost effective layout for us, tackle all the structural issues, he also help me deal with all the permit and legal hassle so that I can concentrate on shopping for my new sofa and coffee machine. “My experience with Pat was always top-notch. He was always attentive with a client-first attitude. Some of the highlights of working with Pat include: * His plans always proved that he paid attention to the requirements we brought up in our initial meetings. * In meetings with our contractor, he always represented our best interests and was always prepared. * Little things matter, and his thorough knowledge of how to navigate city hall planning departments was quite a refreshing relief from what we had experienced with a previous experience. Pat's plans sailed though the planning department and proved to be easy to understand by all involved including our contractor. * Pat was also a master of small details that might get by the home owner, for instance our closet door placement in our house's small bedrooms. Pat's attention to detail constantly amazed both me and my wife and ended up being important details especially in the beautiful kitchen he designed. My wife and I have been through this process before and our expectations were exceeded in every way by what Pat brought to the process. “My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. “We engaged Stoecker and Northway for work on a whole home remodel. The project included moving several walls, and completely gutting and rebuilding 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and 3 closets. Jim Stoecker provided valuable insights on the project requirements, timelines, and a general sense of the expenses to expect. He also helped us identify ways to create more space within the existing footprint of the house, allowing us to create a small laundry room in the house (previously in the detached garage). We were thrilled with all aspects of working with Jim, and would strongly recommend him to anyone with large construction projects.”

“2017-07-02 My husband and I had been thinking about remodeling our master bathroom for a few years, but we took our time to start it because we couldn’t find any designers we liked. However, after we had a consultation with Yuki, we had a good feeling that she would create our dream bathroom. She listened to our desires carefully and she created the design exactly how I wanted it to be. She communicated quite positively with our contractor and directed all the details of her design. Her advice was very professional and precise. Because of Yuki’s aesthetic design style, our dream bathroom turned out to be far better than we expected. We couldn’t go through the remodeling process without her. My husband and I are also planning an addition for our house in the future, and Yuki is the only person we will trust to work on our project again!”
