“Chris developed our home plans for construction. He was creative and showed excellent skill as an architect. He delivered exactly what we were looking for, and was willing to work with our Builder to accept minor recommendations which enhanced the overall construction cost. “Derrick is an extraordinary drafter whose skill level distinguishes him above his colleagues. After our initial consult, he was able to draft in a timely manner what I had verbalized. His cognitive skills were adept at understanding my architectural needs, and his keen interpersonal skills made him pleasant to work with during the design process. After Derrick provided a set of working plans, we thoroughly discussed each page of the set, and he was very open to incorporating changes, yielding an amazing final design.
