“Raymos designed a house for me and supervised the entire project during construction. The house has everything I looked for -- beautiful with lots of volume and light, really energy efficient, and very little maintenance required. People who visit are always impressed by the unique design and features of the house. Everyone says building a house is stressful, but I found it lots of fun, since he oversaw the design and construction details at a very reasonable price. I recommend him without any reservation.”

“Jessica at 3A Design Studio did the impossible- she took a small master bathroom in an older house and turned it into a beautiful, modern, functional bathroom. A large garden tub surrounded by pink marble, a single sink vanity and 2 openings going into a walk-in closet and toilet/shower room dominated the original bathroom. The closet sized shower and commode were in a small sub room connected to the main bathroom via a pocket door. (see photo marked “old Vanity). Jessica was able to design a new bathroom with a large 20ft2 shower, dual vanities and toilet in the old bathroom space and turned the former toilet/shower area into a narrow walk-in closet (my 1st personnel closet as a married man!). Another thing I discovered in this project is interior design is more than selecting colors and styles. There is an incredible amount of detail that the builder needed from me, things I never would have thought of- from ensuring the location of toilet met building code requirements, where to place the AC vent that had to be moved, how to maximize floor space thru the door swing and etc. I’ll never do a major renovation without a design team, and 3A Design Studio is the team I would choose.
