ZAP Creative is a Cairns based Architecture + Interior Design Practice offering design, documentation and project management expertise. The Practice offers personal and direct discourse to understand our client’s needs and transition them to outcomes that exceed expectation. Lead Architect Paula Zangrande is registered with the Board of Architects Queensland and has over 15 years experience in the industry. This spans full service Architectural and Interior Design for resorts and hotels, residential, multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, & education projects throughout Australia and South-East Asia. Experience with a wide variety of projects has led to a robust design sensibility and process in the studio, with a responsive and proactive approach from client brief development through to construction completion. The practice has established solid professional relationships with specialized consultants and contractors in Queensland and abroad, facilitating collaboration at all stages of a project and providing our clients with a valuable network of knowledge and experience which underpin any successful project. ZAP uses 3D CAD & BIM technology to enable better outcomes through visualisation of our designs to clients, integration of building services and detailed design resolution.
