Being a self-employed architect, my responsibilities are involved in various scales of projects that constantly demand a strong sense of space planning, developing design presentations and proposals, liaison with clients, estimating costs and material requirements, coordination between interdisciplinary teams, design management from documentation to site inspection, developing design ideas from a design brief and productive selection of colors, fabrics, furniture, flooring and wallpapers, lighting, and other finishes.
