Reebie Storage and Moving

This mover was hired for a move from Huntley, IL to Elgin, IL. They showed up late, they were careless with the boxes not to mention the furniture. They had only one professional that barely spoke any English and he did not stick around for the whole move. This move happened in August 2015 and was over the cost estimate, even though we took less with us. They broke an antique family heirloom crystal bowl. They broke shelves and other things. Everything that was broken was hidden so that we would not discover the damage or that it was missing right away. When she contacted them regarding that and some broken shelves for breakfront and library cases, they refused to pay for anything because we did not have them do the packing. Something that we were never told upfront! I only wish that I had kept the photographs of the damage! We have used many movers in the past, however, Reebie was the absolute worst.
