Green Bay Builders was founded by Moti Koka. Since 1984 Moti Koka, European master craftsman, president and owner of GBB Corporation has established himself throughout the San Francisco and the Bay Area. Koka’s respect and sensitivity for the structure’s architectural integrity, has earned him an accredited reputation in Victorian home refurbishment and complete restoration. With Moti's history, aptitude for construction design, experience in the industry, and decades long industry relationships, he forms GBB. I hired Green Bay Builders and Shai to remodel my Bedrooms and bathrooms (3 in total). At first I worked with the design team that helped me to pick out tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc. and their experience was very high and logical. The estimate was very detailed, so I knew before even signing the contract what the remodeling project will cost me. During the meetings, they promised me that the remodeling project will take 4 months and in reality, it took only 3 months. Shai was my main contact and he made sure to contact me each day and to inform me what was done, what is still in progress, what was ordered and more… more than that, he also visited the house and checked personally each phase of the remodeling project in order to make sure it was done the right way. I highly recommend Green Bay Builders and Shai for any remodeling project. I have more projects in the future and I will contact Green Bay Builders and Shai before anyone else.

Green Bay Builders is such a wonderful construction company while all the involved people at our house project were easy to work with (mainly Shay our project manager and Jenny at the office staff). We hired them to remodel several sections at our home including the back yard. During our meetings with Shay, we noticed how much he really cares and want to make us happy with the remodeling. He focused on achieving our goals and visions while making sure to fit it within our budget. This was the main thing that caused our trust to be build. The work was done on a daily basis and we absolutely have our trust in all of them and with the work that they did. We can’t be happier with the work and quality of our remodeling project. Our project was absolutely stress-free experience.

Derek Foster

Wonderful company and easygoing people to work with. We hired them to completely demolish the existing kitchen, Bathrooms, hallway and to take down some walls in order to get a large open space of the kitchen and to redesign it completely. The work that they did was on a daily basis and each day our supervisor came over either at the end of the day or early in the morning and to personally check the progress of the work. The whole remodeling took more than 2 months and they took care of all the paperwork and permits. we must mention that we had no hidden charge of any type and although they made some changes during that work. We strongly recommend them and we already refereed them to some of our friends.

We hired Green Bay Builders to remodel our entire house. The work took close to 2 months and the work went very good. The communication skills were the main thing that we loved during this remodeling because we were updated on a daily basis via emails about the progress of the work and about all the scheduled ordered and deliveries. Shay managed and supervised the entire work and people. He made sure to visit the project often and to see how the progress is going. We will hire them for any additional project we may have.

So happy to have worked with Moti and his team during the remodel of my 2 bathrooms. His team was more than amazing and very easy to deal and share things with. I could approach them with any requests or worries while they worked at the house and they did their best to solve them or correct them instantly. They are very honest, professional and polite people and they complete the bathrooms remodeling on time and within budget that was set in the original estimate. I can tell that Moti put my best interests in mind. Very happy with the outcome.

We just finished to remodel the kitchen at our house. Shai and his team of people did the remodeling from start to finish. The kitchen remodeling was a big project for us but we wanted to do it for a long time now. We loved the fact that Shai showed us how he really cares about the remodeling and that he wanted to make sure that everything is going according to plan and mainly without any mistake! When the work was completed, Shai came over again to check the kitchen after 1 week of use. We appreciate everything they did and we love the new kitchen.

We needed to convert our garage into a functional guest room. We met with Moti for several times at our house to check and see what can he do and how much will it cost us to do it. Moti came to our house always on time and during all the meetings and even during the remodeling, he was very professional, honest and with extremally good designing skills. He measured the garage and after a week, he came over and brought us the 3D design of how the new space will look like. The work started after we finalized and signed all the documents for the work. During the entire work, his workers came to the house each day and worked full days (and sometimes even longer). Moti and the office staff took care of all the paperwork, the purchase of all the materials and the deliveries schedules. All the involved people were very nice, fast working and professional. As a bonus, Moti even painted the floor with special paint and material before placing the wood floor. Overall, we are very happy and we highly recommend Moti and Green Bay Builders to whoever who want and need to hire any professional people to do any kind of remodeling work in their house.

We are very satisfied with the overall service we got from them including the design that they did for us which included all the items that we wanted to have. The Green Bay Builders team and project manager (Ben) are very honest, professional, easy going people to deal and work with and responsive when we contacted them for question or concerns. The team of people that did the work made sure that it will be high quality work including the finish materials. The remodeling job was finished on time and without any major problems. Very professional company! we had a great experience with them during the whole time of this project. from the salesman Shay, to the supervisor Jose and all the workers. Each meeting that was scheduled, the person came on time. The kitchen included basically everything from cabinets, floor to paint and lighting. The workers came each day to work and the made sure that everything will fit like a glove and without any mistake.

I worked with Ben as he designed and remodeled our kitchen. He is very professional and skilled and is able to communicate in order to make my vision as a reality. He also brought excellent solutions and ideas to get the maximum money for the space. The remodeling process took close to 2 months but it was very worth it. He guided me through the design, color selections, finished hardware and improvement. His ability to make the cabinet arrangement I wanted on his computer then have it come out even better as it was on the plans is stunning. The remodeling process was performed with extra care and skills and I got flawless cabinetry. The high quality of the cabinets is also beyond my expectations. Green Bay Builders is very hands-on and responsive. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms and they are all gorgeous.

Wonderful contractor and excellent company! Shy is very skilled and good at what he does and his main advantage that caught our attention was that he pays attention to all the details. We liked mainly his communication and involvement as we were able to talk to him always via different methods of communication. The total price that we got for the work was reasonable and affordable while the work was stunning! The remodeling that we did was to remove all the existing concrete at the front and back of the house, remodel the entire kitchen and to install new stamp concrete.
