Vondersaar Homes, Inc. has been constructing custom homes along with renovations and additions since 1994. Our process starts in the beginning with the creation of plans based on customers desires, needs, and budget. We work with client thru complete plan process and proceed to pricing. During pricing phase, the client will meet with preferred vendors to make selections for specific products and finishes desired. This step in the process allows the upfront price be accurate and resemble the final price at completion rather than throwing in "allowances" that may not be sufficient during the building process. In addition, options regarding efficiency and protecting the environment are included in the design and pricing process to allow customers to make educated decisions on cost up front and savings in the future. During construction we work closely with customer and vendors to provide options and solutions to create the home of your dreams. Our relationship with vendors is on average over 10 years and allows us to provide the same quality and future service on every project.
