They did two projects on my house, They did a massive job on my house. They did all new siding, boxing, gutters, and everything. They also painted our window trim, garage door, and one exterior door. They also painted the trim around my front door. They were professional and very nice to work with.Both Chris and Darrel Rodgers were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

From the very first moment I met with a TruGuard representative, the experience was as pleasant as possible, considering the investment I was making. From the sales staff, the project supervisors, to the installers on my project, everyone was helpful, reassuring, and entirely professional. We were extremely comfortable with the crew working on our house, and the supervisors consulted with us regularly. The workmen encountered a few problems we had been unaware of, the supervisors brought them to our attention, and then worked with us to correct the problems that were found. Most importantly to us, the entire group of people we dealt with exuded a sense of concern and trustworthiness. This was a huge investment for us, but we felt we were being dealt with more than fairly, and were presented with options - not pushed in a particular and more expensive direction. The project was done quickly, competently, on-time and on budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone that worked on my house from TruGuard were truly professional, from the supervisors on down. They were punctual and very communicative with what they were going to do each day. The project started on time and finished as promised. It was a pretty big job tearing off the masonite siding and wood trim and replacing it with Hardy Board, replacing my old gutters and painting my deck. I highly recommend TruGuard construction company.

Very professional. We had some rotten siding replaced and the whole outside of the house painted. They did a very good job. About 7 months after the project was completed we had some issues with the siding they had replaced. The boards were shrinking which was not their fault at all. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They quickly replaced and repainted the boards. I really appreciate how they keep you informed on the scheduling for your project. Highly recommend this group.

They were professional. The quality was great. We only had one complaint and that was they tend to leave debris everyday, but they responded very quickly to our request. The finish product was great. They took off our old roof and put on a new one. They were amazingly polite and fast. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The project manager was there everyday and made sure they project was done smoothly. Overall it was an excellence experience. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I found TruGuard through internet surfing and Angie's List. I had them come do an estimate, the employee that came out was pleasant. Once I got the quote it was a little more than I expected, but was assured that you get what you pay for. That was very true. The site manager, James, worked with myself and the staff to make sure everything was perfect to my liking. If something was off, he made it right, above and beyond. I had all around new vinyl siding and gutters installed. Also any wood that needed replacing around the windows were replaced and wrapped over with material to waterproof it. The holes around light fixtures were framed nicely. A new back door and frame was installed. No bowing or ripples are visible on the siding. I would recommend TruGuard to friends/ family.
