We do residential design and build which includes everything from designing a home from scratch to adding square footage as well as Renovating or remodeling any area of your house. We chose to be a design and build company as we feel that is the best way to create a comfortable experience for you the customer. We do this by talking basic broad strokes simple design until we get something close to what you want. Then we work on a cost for this design to keep within your budget. We continue to fine-tune the design only After we give you an estimate of cost first. This gives you a prediction of your budget before you get too far into your design. Many people have had problems with a design being over budget and this is a good way to keep track of that while the design process is ongoing. This keeps you from wasting valuable time and money on a design by making sure the design is also cost-effective for you. The result is the space that you want ,with the right feeling and look to achieve your dream and also something you can do comfortably without blowing your budget. After a basic budget is established, then we fine-tune the project or give different versions of it until we get it just right for you. This process can take a while depending upon how particular you are about all of the details. Many of our customers over the last 42 years have been very discerning about exactly how they want to feel in their new space and exactly how it should look. That is why we also handle the details of the job very carefully such as cabinetry, finish wood working as well as the carpentry and construction work. We are a turn key company from beginning of process to the final product.
