This was the first time I ordered a large and expensive piece of furniture on-line. After sending my order in I was contacted with a confirmation. Everything went smoothly, including the delivery. The furniture was exactly what was described and pictured. I would definitely buy from Houzz again. The furniture was protected and packed professionally, along with the service I received from the trucking company.

I feel like too many people these days only give feedback when they've had a poor experience. I just wanted to let you know that from ordering through delivery this has been a great experience! I felt updated along the way and the two delivery technicians that just delivered and set up my furniture were fantastic! I didn't catch their names but they delivered to me in Fort Mill, SC today, 5/10 with an arrival of about 4:30 PM. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and overall seemed like stand up guys. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Staff was professional and friendly to deal with. From, Delilah setting up my delivery, to the guys that made the delivery. The only issue i experienced was a delay in receiving the order, that was placed on 1/25. It took 3 weeks (received on 2/19). Apparently they did not have the product in stock and I was not notified until a week later, for which I would have expected at time of my online order or within a few days. Then, their was a delay in delivery where I was re-scheduled twice. Was advised of truck issues. Just that I expected a quicker turnaround since I'm within a few hours from there location in Orlando,Fl. Otherwise satisfied with the quality of my new bed..

Working with Quality Furniture Discounts was a very positive experience. My wife and I were shopping for a writing desk and there are not very many. We found just what we wanted and stayed within our budget. Communication about delivery dates were clear and we felt we received professional service and care. I am already working with them again to find a chair for our new desk!

This company was unable to fill the order I placed with them. It's not that they were unable to fill the order but how it was handled which made me choose one star. They messaged me on Houzz asking me to spend my time canceling the order with Houzz instead of going to the effort to cancel on their end. They wrote to me as if it was completely normal for them to be unable to fulfill an order. The tone was not at all apologetic. They never even responded to my most recent message.

Thank you Quality Furniture for a GREAT night's rest. I was in the market for a new mattress and a friend referred me to Quality Furniture. Thank goodness I listened to them because I love my new bed. I purchased a position bed with a cordless remote control and this was the best decision I ever made. While I was there I was able to look around their showroom and loved everything I saw. I saw brands I recognized such as Hooker, American Drew and Hammery...good stuff! Not only quality brands but a great staff. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. Oh very important...NO pushy sales people, this is something that I truly did appreciate. I'll be back soon to do a home makeover! Thanks!

The professionalism and knowledge you receive at Quality Furniture goes over and beyond any expectations. The information they shared with me about the different brands and the quality of the various vendors helped me make a very important decision when choosing my new furniture. The staff was very friendly and very patient; and boy did I take a while in choosing my new decor and never once did I feel rushed. Once the furniture was received I was blown away with how everything came together and most importantly the quality of everything that was purchased. We just moved to Orlando and needed a bedroom and living room set asap. Quality Furniture was able to help us find items that were in stock so that we could get the furniture right away. We payed for everything up front and was able to take our furniture home the same day. It was nice knowing that we have high quality furniture and we got it pretty fast by picking it up ourselves. Now that we're settled in, we're thinking of getting a dining set from here. They were great to work with!
