Quadrant Construction Ltd. is one of Edmonton's leading renovators and custom home builders. We have been in business in Edmonton and area since 1985 – over 30 years. Quadrant believes in quality first and foremost. We have been fortunate to recruit and retain excellent long term employees. Our employees are experienced professionals, committed to the integrity and quality of their work. We have a longstanding relationship with a network of excellent subcontractors who provide quality work in a reliable and timely manner. Our client relationship is of utmost importance. OMG I love Rob. He's the carpenter and he’s here today replacing the windows. I forgot how much we loved having him work on our house. He's so polite!!!! Now he's washing my windows on the inside and out. Can I keep him? SERIOUSLY??? He says he doesn’t typically do this and he is going above and beyond.

We have worked with Quadrant Construction on many renovation and infill projects and know that they will always do right by the client. They never take shortcuts but rather look for innovative solutions communicated with complete transparency. Quadrant has built solid relationships with the best subcontractors in Edmonton and the whole team is always knowledgeable and courteous to work with, bringing their expertise to each and every job. Realistic budgets allow the client to actually plan properly for their renovation and projected costs making the whole streamlined process much more enjoyable for the homeowner.

Quadrant Construction recently completed an extensive renovation and addition to our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the Quadrant team, their workmanship, and the trades they employed were all top notch. The project (including addition of new kitchen, mudroom, and garage) was finished on time, on budget, and progressed smoothly and efficiently. We continued to live in our home with our 2 children while the work was being done and it ended up being an interesting and relatively stress-free experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quadrant Construction for building and renovation projects.
