I had the pleasure of working with Justin and his team on a complete home renovation project--including kitchen, laundry room, 3 bathrooms, open living area, basement, 3 bedrooms, an outdoor living area under roof and a new deck. Justin is extremely knowledgable--with very high quality standards. He is flexible and solution-oriented--and stays on top of all the details and decisions that are part of a large renovation project. He and his team do whatever it takes to keep their clients happy. I would highly recommend Justin and his team for both home renovations and porch/patio renovations.

I saw Premier Building on Houzz as Houzz is my favorite app for photos and ideas. Justin provided the most thorough and detailed estimate I have ever seen and he came in pretty much right on budget, there were no cost surprises at the end, I approved every change and everything was very well documented/itemized. Justin and his associates were extremely professional and communication was great throughout the process. The most impressive part was how clean they were and the fact that he finished on time! We did a complete gut of our kitchen (new cabinets, countertops, removed wall, replaced flooring, new appliances, new window/door) and he finished everything in 6 weeks! The finished product is amazing and when we are ready to do our master bath, he will be the first person we call. Call Justin and you won't be disappointed!

We hired Premier Building and Renovations to build an outdoor living area - a huge deck and a pergola. We were so pleased with the finished project, the timeliness of the work, and the excellent communication, that we used them again for our kitchen renovation. Again, excellent results, well above our highest expectations. Justin Adams and associates are true craftsman and totally mindful of budgets. We're looking to renovate our master bath soon and Premier Building will be called on again.

Justin built a new front porch for my home and it made the home look totally different, it really made a difference. He was always on time, cleaned up after each day and never left his work area messy at the end of each day. I had an idea and I gave it to him and he made it just like I dreamed it. It was beautiful. I have never had a contractor work so closely before with an idea, he just made it happen without a lot of heart ache.
