We used Polcan Design Group (PDG) for a kitchen renovation at the start of the pandemic (started March 2020 and finished Aug 2020) and also hired them to do a complete design/build guest house construction (750 ft2 living space, bedroom, full bath, large sitting area and a loft, started Sept 2021 and finished May 2022). Both jobs were completed to my full satisfaction and in good time, especially considering the supply issues during the pandemic. PDG executed both jobs with the highest professional standard, high quality workmanship, attention to details and demonstrated a great respect for customer relations. The PDG team worked hard and smart. I felt they gave their fullest and best each and everyday. When decisions needed to be made we were also consulted and PDG presented very creative options for our consideration. At the end of each day the job site was well cleaned up and presentable. The spaces PDG helped us create was wonderful and very functional. We even managed to fit a baby grand piano in the guest house space beautifully. We enjoy and appreciate the new kitchen and the guest house everyday. I would not hesitate to call on PDG's services again when I have a renovation job or a new construction project!

Polcan Design Group created house designs for us as well as poured the concrete for our Nudura home. My husband and I built our own home and one day we went to our site after work and PDG had been there and completed some exterior work for us at no extra charge. When I called them later they said they were in the area and finished early and wanted to give us a little boost with our project. They helped us over the phone many times as well. It's rare to find businesses in this day and age that actually care about people and want to provide quality services. We appreciated all the help PDG gave us while building our home.
