I have worked on jobs that have had unlimited budgets to jobs that have the tightest budgets ever. Either way, your dreams are my dreams. I design not with my ego, but with your wants, dreams, and desires, as well as the bottom line. I achieve this with communication, with you, the client, as well as your builder, cabinet maker, landscaper, etc. I design with a philosophy expressing a harmonious relationship between living space and locale, blending structure and setting without imposing one upon the other, aided by the use of "Green" building practices whenever possible. I have now added in house structural and civil design as well as Interior Designs with two pros' being added to the Bartolini Designs team. I believe relationships with the craftsman that build your home or remodel is critical to the final product. Having been a contractor since 1984 I know the cost of construction and what makes designs expensive to build. While I haven't built a house for years under my license, I have made designing my number one priority. I have worked with some of the best builders in Northern California and the Southern Oregon Coast to make my designs become reality. Pretty much every thing we need to build or add on to your home is available in every part of Northern California and Coastal Oregon.
