We worked with Paul Kiss from OSK Design to build a shore home and our primary residence. There are not enough good things I could say regarding working with Paul and his company. On top of being professional, and incredibly smart and talented, his follow through was impeccable and while designing an amazing home for us he also made it pain free and great fun. When we decided to renovate our home on Long Beach Island we turned to OSK for the design and architectural plans. The OSK team met with us initially to make sure they understood our desires and intentions. After a short period we were provided with conceptual drawings and a preliminary layout. As we went through this process it became clear that our initial impressions of what we thought we wanted were in error. The OSK team worked diligently at refining our plans and made many recommendations that turned out to be critical to the project. After multiple iterations of our plan, we finally proceeded with the buildout of the actual renovation. The OSK team worked closely with our builder and when required made sure the design concepts within our plans were correctly implemented. It is also important to note that during the renovation buildout there were several ‘game time’ decisions that required revisions to the architectural drawings. The OSK turned these drawings around quickly and with great accuracy, thus allowing the project to be completed on time. Our newly renovated home takes maximum advantage of the natural beauty of our surroundings while providing an extremely functional, comfortable and beautiful home for us to live in and enjoy. In retrospect both my wife and I could not be more pleased with the every aspect of the work provided by the OSK team. Thanks again for all the great work on our home. As the interior designer,I worked with Paul Kiss on every aspect of a large and complicated house remodel and expansion for more than a year. He was extremely collaborative and open to designer's ideas, was totally prepared for every meeting with research, drawings, samples and options. He was sensitive to the clients' needs and desires, and utterly delightful to work with- a real team player whose inclusive attitude contributed to a highly successful outcome.
