We engaged them on a full basement remodel covering over 2,000 sq ft, including a bathroom, multiple bedrooms, converting an old workshop room to a wine room, and opening up a family room and children's play room. James, the project leader, partnered with us through the entire project and drove it to conclusion. We also appreciated his frequent updates and constant availability for questions or follow-ups. We had a great experience working with LifeTime Remodeling Systems to bring our primary bathroom into the 21st century. Our house was built in 1909 with a number of awkward updates so we started with abatements as expected. Not the fun part but the LifeTime team made it so smooth and carried on from the old to the new. From design to the last touch, everyone was very professional and yet very pleasant to have in our house. And we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had neighbors ask for recommendations and we’ve very happily given them a thumbs-up so we expect them to pick up their phones and call LifeTime for their own projects.

I feel very fortunate that I chose the people at LRS to entrust my siding project to. Everyone was professional, experienced, courteous and really cared about providing quality results. Everything didn’t go smooth but nothing ever does. It’s how LRS addressed the problems, communicated with me on how it would be resolved, fixed or explained why and how things were done. Thanks to the owner, Geno, the project consultant, Jay, and the site lead, Jaime, as well as the whole crew, for the incredible transformation to my family’s home.

We had a small galley kitchen, unused breakfast nook and garage laundry completely transformed into our dream kitchen with a large peninsula open to the living room and laundry room with interior access. Holly, James and the entire team were great to work with from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. James kept the crew on schedule, and quickly and professionally dealt with any minor blips that came up. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and laundry, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Lifetime again for our next project.

Our house's siding and windows replacement were started on 06/12 and being finished on 06/29/2023. First, I have to say, it was really great to talk with the people who were actually doing their works on our house project. Out of 3 bids, Lifetime Remodeling Systems was the only company who did this. A very special thanks to Mr Scott Herndon who is a handsome and married General Manager exterior and his crews for helping us to get through the contract and catching up with our tight schedule. Mr Herndon also sent us a great team to work on the project. His crews, Chris Mendez, Diego Mendez and Mark Stevens were so professional and helpful during our siding and windows replacement. It was our first time doing a major house remodeling and they really helped us through every step in the process. Chris and his brother Diego are very friendly, having very much experience and were able to help us with some difficult design choices that we had to make.They really did a great job, including cleaning up every day when they were done. Finally, to finish the work off, Lifetime Remodeling Systems coordinated with the painting company, Benjamin Moore, for consulting the colors that we wanted. Thank you very much Mrs Tracie Boss who is the in-house Benjamin Moore consultant for helping and giving us her great ideas about what colors were nice on our exterior house. The people who passed by our house have given us many compliments for its new look. We're very appreciated for the crews' works and expertise. Lifetime Remodeling Systems is an exceptionally professional company that I have already recommended to our friends.

This company is the best company I’ve ever worked with. Jamie was so so helpful for us in every way. He did everything he could to help us feel good about our house and make it beautiful! He was also prompt on making things taken smoothly, helped us feel comfortable with the process. The work crew (I wish I caught all of their names) was also fantastic. They were so fast and they did beautiful work! I just couldn’t be more happy with my experience honestly. Thank you so much guys!

We chose Lifetime Remodeling for our project seven years ago--and we're so glad we did! They've really lived up to their name! For the initial project we had them blow in new insulation, re-side our house with Hardiplank, install new windows through the entire home, including a very large picture window in the front living room, and install new French doors to our back porch and another exterior door. They did a fantastic job at that time, and we've been very pleased with the results. Fast forward to last spring, when I noticed evidence of some water seeping in from the outside near the French doors (hardwood floors showed evidence). I contacted Lifetime Remodeling, and they sent out Mark to take a peek. He quickly identified the problem, acknowledged that it should have been addressed when the initial work was done, and identified what needed to be corrected to prevent it from happening again. Lifetime stood behind their work, just like they promised to do, and Mark, Jesus and Jose did an excellent job replacing the (now damaged) French doors, raising the threshold to prevent water seepage from our wet weather, replacing the damaged hardwood inside the door and blending it into our original hardwoods. They even took a look at the previous work and repaired some minor damage to the exterior which I didn't bring to their attention. They left the job site clean and clear every day, and went out of their way to make sure we could use the space to access the outside overnight during the time they were working on the project, even though it was a hassle to do so. I couldn't recommend Lifetime Remodeling enough. Finding contractors that stand behind their work and take such pride in a job well done is remarkable. We would not hesitate to use them again for future remodeling projects! Thank you LRS!

Our lead designer, Holly, listened to our wants and needs providing amazing options to choose from followed by incredible guidance the entire way with finishes and fixture selections creating an overall design better than we originally imagined! Gino and his team were fantastic to work with. Lifetime resided our house, build a patio cover, and remodeled a pantry/mudroom for us. They communicated well about the project steps and timelines, they were organized and left things clean and picked up at the end of every day, and most of all, they were open to working with us as homeowners as things came up (and/or were added on) throughout the job. Throughout the project, every person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, which was a bit of an extraordinary experience. We would highly recommend them, and we won't hesitate to call on Lifetime for future work.

All phases of the remodel were done in a timely manner. The workmanship of the Lifetime employees and subcontractors was excellent. We researched a lot of remodeling contractors for our kitchen remodeling and window replacement project. LRS team visited us at home (and brought all the experts in various areas to help answer our questions) and understood our requirements and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly, professional. They weren’t pushy at all (which we experienced with some of the other contractors). We got our initial design done and Holly/Stacey were very patient with us as we kept changing and adding things at the last moment. James, who was managing the production, provided us with a detailed timeline of all the work items. James’s team helped us a lot to ensure our day-to-day life wasn’t impacted at all due to the kitchen unavailability for a few weeks (helped us with temporary kitchen setup in laundry room with dishwater install etc..). He even took a call late at night when our temporary electric stove wasn’t working, and he helped us troubleshoot and get it working over the phone. James's team has set a very high bar for the quality of every work item. LRS has a highly skilled production team and the quality of their work is excellent. Matt and Stephen were excellent and very friendly. The final look and feel of the cabinet’s installation is very satisfying. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work on our Kitchen remodel and windows replacement project. We initially thought we are paying too much for this project but in the end it felt like it was definitely worth it. We highly recommend LRS for any Kitchen remodeling and Window replacement projects.

This company is one you can trust. They stand behind their workmanship 19 years later. I had a trim piece come loose after a wind storm in December 22, called them that afternoon and by 9 am next day they were here to address and take care of the issue. First issue since they replaced and installed my vinyl siding 19 years ago. They are professional and trustworthy and stand behind their warranty. Just finished with a primary bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the quality of work completed and the quality of the workers who were part of the process of helping us get the bathroom of our dreams. We've worked with many contractors over the years and have them to frequently be unreliable about showing up or were of the opinion that "Good Enough" was indeed good enough for the customer. Lifetime Remodeling Systems employees were always on time, very friendly and courteous and always left the work site in unbelievably clean condition. Not only do we highly recommend them for others but we are in the process of asking them to completely redo our kitchen for us.

LRS did a fantastic job on our complete kitchen and pantry remodel. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. James the Project Manager handled the project extremely efficiently and was excellent at communicating with us and all of the high quality subcontractors used. Any inevitable issues were solved quickly and professionally to keep the project to timeline. The carpenter completed the install to a very high quality and had amazing attention to detail. He checked in with us often throughout the project to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it. The design team were friendly and were able to guide us through the overwhelming selection process and created a cabinetry design suited to our wants and needs. Remodeling is stressful but LRS made sure we were 100% happy throughout the process and with the outcome. We are absolutely thrilled with our gorgeous new kitchen. Now onto our master bath!

We loved working with Lifetime Remodeling, and we are thrilled with the outcome! This was our first experience with a major renovation. Our new house came with a dated wet bar and built-ins we wanted to replace. Starting from our first interactions, working with Lifetime was a pleasure. They gave us a realistic estimate of what to expect and the possibilities of what we could do. They were responsive and super easy to communicate throughout the process and there were no surprises. Holly and Stacey's design guidance was very helpful and informative. The crew was respectful, clean, and professional in their work. This is now our favorite room in the house and we would not hesitate to use them again for any future project.

Our project involved taking the existing footprint down to the floor and replacing all appliances to begin. We expanded the size of the island to allow for a substantial collection of dishes, etc. and it turned out better than our expectations. The cabinetry, backsplash, hardware were all replaced and compliment each other and we changed the location of electric sockets for a cleaner look. We are satisfied!

For years we envisioned changes to our home, but finding a contractor and subcontractors ourselves was just too daunting. Then I read an article in the Oregonian about Lifetime Remodeling Systems, and it sounded perfect for us. From Gino the owner, Holly and Stacey the designers, James the project manager, to all the great carpenters, painters, and others who worked on our project, this company transformed our home. The design far surpassed what we could have imagined for our master suite and living room. Along the way we had lots of help choosing fixtures, flooring, tile, paint, and everything else. But our input and ideas were considered too, and if we wanted to make changes it was not a problem. Now our home is improved and repaired in so many ways, and we are thankful every day. We so appreciate all the top-quality people who made our dream of beautiful new spaces come true - thank you!!

Replace siding and window trim on upper side of house, to match lower. Build eves/overhangs on certain areas. This was a great experience. The estimate was very detailed, we knew what we were getting and what the cost would be. No surprises. Communication was good and we would often see Mike on the job sight.

Lifetime was selected from a pool of 4 bids to re-side and remodel the exterior of my contemporary house. They were courteous, on-time, thoughtful, precise and thorough. By far the best experience I have EVER had with a contractor. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. And...they kept to the budget! They did an excellent job and the follow-up after they left for the final bits and pieces was spectacular. I can not say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.
