I bought a cocktail table through this company, and the table is beautiful. Because of the lacquer finish, it needs to be taken care of, but the paint has depth and uniformity, and construction is sound. We admittedly had trouble with UPS delivery, but the vendor addressed these to our satisfaction. We recommend both the table and the vendor.

Hello,
We are very sorry to hear about the hassles you had however we don't control UPS operations. We offer free delivery but there is no such option as "most basic shipping option". We ship all our items with UPS Ground there is nothing below this option. If you wanted to upgrade the shipping option then you would have to reach out to Houzz and re-place the order as we HAVE to choose the option listed in the order. We don't have the right to upgrade anything on the order. It can only be done by Houzz or the customer. Changing the date of delivery or getting advance notice is outside of our control. We have lots of issues with UPS and we simply can't do much about it. I would like to request you to simply re-consider your review. I will certainly be checking about emails and phone calls that were not accepted from our company. Would you please let us know what number and email you used to reach out to us?

La Wiola Decor did an amazing job with my order which came the next day. I had a couple of questions regarding the product so i contacted the company. The person on the phone was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family as the customer service was impeccable and the product I ordered exceeds my expectations.

Ordered chair with delivery by May 3rd, now company says item is lost in shipping .. really not a reliable company in my opinion

Commented: is there any option for assembly?Hello, We don't offer assembly however the assembly is easy and fast. A nightstand takes about 10 minutes to assemble with just one person. Hope this helps! Thanks, Steven
