Excellent service!!! Rosario was very helpful and friendly. I got phone number from Julian Tile for excellent installer Michael Rosensu from Moar Tile Inc. I highly recommend him.

Had excellent help from Kalan. Sadly he is no longer with the company. Had very negative experience with one of their separate contractor but “highly recommended” tile setters - Amy. 30% - 40% extra tile was deemed necessary - not sure why and not sure where all the extra tile disappeared to. Also Julien’s return policies makes it very unlikely that clients will be able to recover any money on left over tile. Had 80% left over of one type of tile that Amy ordered. Julien wouldn’t take it back because it didn’t match the new dye lot - and well past the two week deadline for returns (even the job took well over two weeks to complete) or some such foolishness. Too bad that initial very positive experience with Julien tile ended up so badly. Clients should be able to at least rely somewhat on Julien’s long experience in the industry to help clients find top notch tile setters. For this reason and the return policy issue I can not recommend Julien tile.

I am a do it yourselfer and Kalan Wong was super to deal with gave me some install tips and cool colour styles floor is awesome very happy with service at Julian .
