We couldn't be happier with our remodel! Joel did a great job of selecting the best subcontractors and vendors for me to work with. Classique Floors was easy to work with, had a great selection and was respectful of my budget. The tile, plumbing and painting subcontractors did a great job. I appreciated that everyone worked to keep the dust and mess to a minimum and cleaned up after they were done. Joel was a maestro - orchestrating every step of the remodel and keeping it on track and moving forward. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen and bathrooms were exactly how we wanted them.

We had a door removed and french doors put in place of a window in our dining room. The work was done well. They were very professional. The area was cleaned after the work was finished. I would use this company again for other projects.

Joel is professional and truly concerned about the details, I am an Architect and he provided services on my own house. They are very conscientious and added so much value to the project with their craft as well as willingness to listen to my wishes..... I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

Joel remodeled our main floor, fireplace, kitchen, and stairways and we love it! The house was built in 1979 and to incorporate the new changes within the existing design required experience, creativity, and imagination. Joel presented a variety of options, trying to define what our needs were. Once we settled on a vision, Joel helped us bring the project into focus and worked with us to include all of the details and fit our budget. He provided us with a plan including a start date and a firm schedule. He supervised all of the sub contractors and expected the best from them. We were so confident of Joel and the success of the project, that we left it in Joel’s hands and went out of town for over a month. Upon our return, we found that everything was completed exactly as we had hoped or better. The project finished ahead of schedule, on budget, and the quality is outstanding. We had one final closeout meeting with Joel and he asked us if there was anything else to be done. We couldn’t think of a single loose end. He had completed every detail discussed and more. I have worked in the construction business and completing a project to this high degree is a testament to Joel’s expertise, experience, and attention to quality. He cares about his customers and wants them to fully enjoy their new home.

My wife and I recently acquired a townhouse in Welches Oregon. We loved the area and wanted to do some remodeling to make what was a special place even more special. The team at Pine Butte has a strong reputation in the area, so we engaged Joel Mumford for the project. It Couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I was GM at The Resort at The Mountain, Welches, OR when Pine Butte Builders renovated The Resort. The renovation included redesigning amd renovating a fine dining restaurant, a pub, a health facility, and 132 condominium units. The work was outstanding, innovative, good price value, and done on time. Pine Butte also opened the upper level of my home and added an art studio, completed with skylights and beautiful cabinetry. This addition added greatly to the value of my home. Most recently Pine Butte created a bedroom at my daughter's home. The project required an immense attention to detail, once again innovative thinking and care in matching existing molding and doors. Beautifully done. We hired Pine Butte Builders for a full kitchen remodel. This was the first big remodel project we'd ever done and they walked us through the entire process so we were comfortable with the budget and timeline. The project was completed on time and within our original budget. They also connected us with a great kitchen designer who helped us make the right choices in fixing the room layout. All the subcontractors hired on the project were professional and completed their tasks on time. We were very pleased with the outcome of the remodel, and know that the quality of the remodel was a big factor in helping to sell our house last year. Joel and his team were very easy to work with, and we would highly recommend him for any home remodel project. In fact, our new house needs a new kitchen in the next few years, and we plan to work with Pine Butte again.
