I have shopped the Feathered Nest for a long time, but have worked with them a lot in the last 4 years since we bought our home on home design and consulting. They are fabulous! My work schedule keeps me very busy, so it is great that are very accessible, come to your home, and bring lots of options with what you are wanting (as well as a few additional ideas you aren't expecting but usually love!). We have purchased rugs, paintings, window coverings, furniture, and various home décor, and have been pleased with all our purchases. They also focus on getting it right - when our window coverings were installed, they came back a few times until they were just right. We appreciate having such a great establishment in our local area! - Laura T.

Domonik at the The Feathered Nest took the lead for several projects for me. She is always very professional from the way she presents herself in her own dress and speech, as well as the information she gathers from me to make her presentation of ideas for each project. Dominik has a unique flair. I learned to trust her taste coupled with my own values to create an environment in my home, office and gym that makes us those who enter to feel very comfortable and welcomed. The first project I had her do was to come up with paint colors and tile for my new pool room & gym as well as the office and entry furniture and design. The second project was to help me in picking out the paint colors for all the rooms in a reno of our church parsonage and flooring. The third project was to reno my home with new floorings, paint colors, counters, showers, furniture, decorations...the works. The fourth and fifth projects involved fall decor with gourds, pumpkins, etc for a Fall Bridal Shower in my back yard. Then at Christmas she helped me purge and change up my Christmas decorations, updating some old wreaths etc. Domonik also helped with deciding on paint colors and design in a house reno for our youngest son and his new bride in the fall of 2013. I would not hesitate to recommend Domonik for projects of any size.

I recently built a new home and wanted a rustic heritage but clean items in my home. With the task of home building consuming my time, I hired The Feathered Nest, Dominik, Molly, Lynette to finish the coordinating and design work inside! I told them my budget, goals, time lines and set expectations up front. They hit every one of those marks right on and customer's satisfaction is their ultimate goal! Lots of fun and fresh ideas! I would highly recommend this business and professionals for interior designing and more!

I worked with the designers redoing my livingroom, dining room, and kitchen. They gave me options to choose from and then worked their magic. The best part about working with the Feathered Nest is the fact they can do everything from wall coverings, flooring, window treatments, furniture, and accessories. When the time came to install, they arrived with a van full of everything to make my space complete. They showed me different things that would work and then let me choose which accessories and furniture to keep. Their eye for color and taking things to the next level is second to none. Lynette was very professional and worked within my budget to give me my dream home.

We hired two consultants from The Feathered Nest, Dominik and Molly, to give us a comprehensive plan for updating our home. I was initially hesitant to do this but was frustrated by trying to sift through so many choices and not feeling confident about what I came up with. I had operated on a DIY philosophy previously and ended up (I think) spending more and unsatisfied. At this point in my busy life I have come to value top notch advice as it enhances value, reduces stress and opens possibilities I would not have thought of. Both of these ladies were personable and professional in their assessment. I appreciated that they got to know us and geared their recommendations accordingly. Now we have a personalized update that reflects our tastes. The key for me is that we (hubby and I) really like the changes. The services are comprehensive which included paint colors so that rooms flow, window treatments, furniture and accessories. They also took our existing pieces and incorporated whenever possible. The recommendations for hanging our art was amazingly helpful. We have had a two year working relationship and plan for this to be ongoing until our complete project is done.

The Feathered Nest has helped me with two, very unusual window treatment projects that were very extensive. They were helpful, courteous, respectful of my "dreams" wishes and then made it reality. I would recommend them for any project you have in your home or business. They have the vision, experience and expertise. Hire Feathered Nest and rest easy.

The Feathered Nest has assisted my family with ideas on a new home. They have offered suggestions on flooring, paint colors, cabinets, counter and overall design. They have basically guided us through this project. Once the house is built, they will also give us suggestions on the décor for the inside. Not only is the staff very knowledgeable, they are also like working with your best friend. We could not have done this without their help and guidance.

My relationship with the designers at the Feathered Nest began several years ago. We restored and remodeled our 100 year old home and I needed help finishing the interior. The designers at the FN learned my preferences and opened my eyes to some new ideas. Room by room we finished our home. I love the colors, the style, the window treatments, rugs, accessories and quality of furniture. I was so impressed with the FN services that I've had them return to finish our basement family room, teenage bedroom, and just recently, cabana, patio and front porch. I am a satisfied, repeat customer. Now, just a few more projects to go.

After our new house was completed, the Feathered Nest worked with my existing furniture and accessories to make a stunning home. They helped me choose additional new pieces of furniture, reupholstered existing pieces, and added accessories to tie it all together. They changed the look and feel to be warm and inviting, yet very much my taste. And because they have a retail store, I get to update my house often. I love my home now!

We have worked with the staff at The Feathered Nest on several occasions. They are very creative, helpful and accommodating! We have purchased items as small as kitchen utensils to an entire living room furniture set and are very pleased with the service we have received! They came to our home with a van load of items to help us decorate our entire living room. The in-home consultation service that they provide is wonderful! We will definitely continue to shop at The Feathered Nest!!!
