John and his crew did an excellent job on the floors in my parents’ home getting it ready to sell. Quality work that started and was completed on schedule.

Crow's did a very satisfactory job repairing termite damage to our hardwood flooring. We would recommend them for anyone with hardwood floors. They matched the surface colors very well, and were on time and efficient.

John and Edgar did a phenomenal job of putting in my wood floors. They were very thorough and careful to make sure that the subfloor was completely even and needed to level it out in a couple of different places. They were very careful to remove appliances out of the way and carefully covered the staircase so that dust would not travel upwards. I didn't even know that baseboard trim was necessary to install afterward and it looks amazing. The crew was very professional, and efficient, and left my house clean with gorgeous new flooring! I would definitely recommend Crow's Quality Flooring to anyone who is truly looking for good quality of service and knowledge of different wood types and working with different subflooring.

I met John last summer as he was finishing up a family and living room floor in 2" red oak floor for my neighbor. He matched their existing floors throughout the home, done years before. The floors were not only beautiful, but done in a quality above what I have seen in the past. The transition of new floor to old floor was settle and blended so well. I am particular and notice air-bubbles in the polyurethane, uneven staining, and lack of clear coat. These floors did not show flaws. And what impressed me was, John's personality is so refreshing, coming in and checking my floors, and listening to my ideas and concerns about what I wanted, so to make me happy. He was quick to get back with a bid and broke everything down for me. I did wait 6 months for him to do the job, do to the demand of his work. And I was indecisive, changing my mind about what color stain, whether to stain or paint baseboard, whether to do the whole house at once or in stages, and he and he wife Kathy would email me and reassure me that these were big decisions, questions were good, taking time to decide was ok, and gave me benchmarks of when decisions did have to be made by to get products ordered and job done. Both were patient and John kept to his timeline staying on task with the starting of the job a week earlier than expected. The cost was comparable to other floor companies and installers and the workmanship and quality unmatched. I planned to be gone a month while he did the job to make it easier for everyone. The outcome was artistry, more beautiful than I could have expected. I wanted to keep the old floor look, top-nailed and imperfect, as this house was my friends when I was in elementary school, and a second home to me growing up. John was able to blend my old red oak, top nailed sub-floor done in the 60's, with large areas of new wood that had to be replaced and make it blend. I choose an Early American stain. The hallway, which he recommended be replaced, instead, worked with my idea of only replacing the worst of the stained wood, leaving some of the old wood. He put headers in the doorways, transitioning into the bedrooms, creating craftsman's quality. And the closets were Cedar except for one that had a plywood access door which he re-laid with cedar and built a Cedar access door in that closet. The doorway jams are cut to perfection, to the imperfect cuts of the tile it meets. The color of the wood reminds me of a tiger eye stone. It is simply beautiful and polyurethane is a satin coat, evenly applied without air bubbles. He finished the floor on time and there was time for the floor to cure. The job was cleaned up nicely. I am very proud of my floors. I could not be happier. Cindy

John is a true craftsman and worked to make sure my floors were as near perfect as possible! My 40 year-old house has settled and the floors were less than level. John leveled the floors with a special compound in the areas where he laid new oak hardwood floor and seamlessly blended the new section of floor into the existing floor in an adjoining room. John never cut corners and always applies the best practices available in the trade. I recommend him highly.

We were referred to CQF by our Contractor, Rich Van Dine. Our original floor shipment (3K+ square feet) was delivered and John Crow THANKFULLY took the time to thoroughly check out the product and came to the conclusion that the it was faulty, not up to par and should not be installed. Because of John's guidance and due diligence, we were able to get all the flooring replaced by the supplier from a completely different lot - this saved us a huge potential issue and possibly plenty of money and headache down the road. John has a very artistic eye and the design of our flooring turned out beautiful! Like many renovations, we had a variety of delays due to other service providers and lack of product - Kathy Crow was so helpful in working around these delays and always with a smile in her voice! We truly are grateful for the excellent customer service the Crow's provided us and wholeheartedly recommend them.
