Overall, an excellent experience. Workman were consistently polite and responsive to my concerns. In fact, when a major concern arose, the owner came to my home to check it out. I have a moderate knowledge of how to do this kind of siding work, and their work quality appears to be very good throughout.

We worked with Rain City first for our fiber-cement siding, then for our roof and gutters. They did an excellent job. Their quote was reasonable but the important part for us was their responsiveness and communication throughout the job. Both Guillermo and Jose returned our calls and texts quickly, they started and finished the job when they said they would. The team working on site was very polite, they were very clean and professional. They returned when we asked for a few small repairs or touch-ups. We were dreading the siding and roofing since we bought our 50 year old house but it was one of the best experiences we had with the contractors in Seattle.
