This company rocks from sales to installation to follow-up. The fact that I have a list of phone numbers from bottom to top of the chain of command is amazing. The team just finished the installation of my bathroom and it looks awesome. They didn't leave until everything worked and was right. I would highly recommend this company.

1 year with the product and zero impressed. The installer works 8 hours a day, this includes all travel and picking up of supplies. This means install time is VERY estimated, took ours 5 days, and we had to live without a shower over the weekend. During install, after the old shower was removed the pipe was not fully taken care of and created a huge water leak in the floor below that we luckily saw and the installer came back to close it that night. Who knows what could have happened if the bathroom was not one the 2nd floor and we didn't see the leak. The warranty is very specific on what and how to clean the tile, dish soap and vinegar are all you can use. I have to aggressively scrub at the tub and shower once a week to keep it looking okay. The shower itself holds onto water droplets and looks like its water stained. The tub is always looking dirty no matter what, the calk is molding. Not impressed at all. I would be happy to share photos if this allowed me The sales people do a great job at showing the quick fix. One year in not worth the money.

Improveit did a great job on my windows very informative clean no hassle at all professional staff just had a great experience. After I pay these windows down I want them to redo my main bathroom so happy I have found a great company that can do multiple jobs I’m sold Thanks Improveit

Last year we decided that since we were going to be "aging in place" that we needed to change our bathroom. After contacting the company a representative came out and spent several hours talking with us and discussing our options and making suggestions for changes that would help with mobility issues. A date was set and Herb,one of their installers, came to do the work. He did an outstanding job, very professional, answered any of my questions and made sure it was done to my specifications. The items in stalled were of excellent quality. All together a good experience.

This is the third installation on window by improvit. I have 1 more to go. I have been ecstatic about not only the windows but the quality of work done. We have been lucky to have LEE AND SON to install them. They are extremely professional and friendly. They work around obstacles with ease.the windows have helped to lower my electrical bill by almost 50%. My house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer because these windows are such top quality. I would recomend them to ANYONE interested in replacing their old windows.

Really enjoyed working with Doug during our project. He was knowledgeable and made some very thoughtful suggestions, would highly recommend him.

Up until our windows were installed in April, Improveit was a great. They were on time for all appoitments and had the windows installed when they said they would. However, we have had nothing but trouble since then. Two months after the windows were installed, in June, we were hit by heavy rain that leaked through our new windows and flooded our baby's room, dining room, and basement. They didn't get someone out to fix it until July and they leaked more in that time causing water damage. Once two of the 3 windows were repaired it took another month to get somone out to look at the Drywall in early August. Now here we are, Septemeber 1st, and one window is still not repaired and they haven't finished re-painting the drywall. Will not use them again, will not recommend them to anyone.

We had the best customer service with Improveit! Home Remodeling. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products. We had windows and doors installed in 2014 with them. Their products are very high quality. You definitely get what you pay for! The installers were friendly, professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The products are beautiful and we have seen a big difference in energy savings since they have been installed.
