I have known and worked with this company for 20 plus years. They are led by the Hoke family. The primary reason I remained so loyal to the company is that they always go the extra mile to give us superior service. When you go to a big box store its a crap shoot when you ask a question. This will not be the case @ Hoke. They only stock the very best materials with a very knowledgeable staff on the correct methods and techniques to properly install them. Beware they are helpful in every way possible but they are not a trade school. You'll appreciate them best if you actually have skills and are reasonably handy otherwise check out all the awesome displays ask questions select colors and have your contractor/handyman do the material takeoffs and complete the job. From the newest hire all the way to up the owners everyone is always willing to take whatever time is necessary to best suit your material needs. In our world of uneducated and or unrealistic responses to questions at the big box hardware conglomerates everyone at Home is a breath of fresh air. I say these things from a builders point of view although many times I have observed Rick, Bob, Mike, Paul, Billy taking the time to thoroughly explain things to homeowners tackling projects that may even be a little beyond their capabilities.
